omg finally and yes i agree with your thoughts. tbh i ship everyone in bts for fun bc theyre all so close but theres something in jikook... esp after their trip tgt. jimin answered a fan question as to why he chose to go on a trip with jungkook to japan, he said they've been talking about going on a trip together a month before their break because they fit well tgt, they both sleep so late, the food they eat, the things they do. now they just have so many moments lately even in the US theyre more inseparable

I, as a fan since 2013, witnessed how Jungkook opened up to everyone so much. He was shy, really shy. I got to be honest, VKook was the ship that caught my attention during debut era. I guess because Taehyung is a friendly person in general, he was able to build that certain bonding with Jungkook. It was hard for people to not ship them, including me. Some fans joked about Jimin having a "one-sided love" with Jungkook since the younger seemed to brush him away multiple times and I started to get annoyed because of it a little. As time passed by, I observed how Jungkook began to initiate hugs. That itself was a drastic change to take in, knowing that he never really did those things at the very start. And the fact that he said he would date Jimin if he was a girl? *Damn.* Right now, man, my perspective totally changed towards them. They are being *loud* lately, they surprise me a lot. There's something about them that gives you that particular feeling, a good one. Their stares and actions are definitely telling a message.

It's always a little weird for me to hear that it almost seems a onesided thing on Jungkook's part because for a long time everyone thought the exact opposite..At the beginning it was always Jimin trying to initiate anything with Jungkook,but Junqkook used to be really shy and it almost seemed like he didn't appreciate the attention. It took quite a while to get to this point so I'm glad we get to see his evolution.( sorry, my english is not great)

Enjoyed your reaction and your videos in general. I am in my late twenties and I usually don't ship anyone in kpop. I am from a Asian Confucian society myself, and girls and boys are more touchy where there is close friendship, indeed touches are the way that we show the degree of our affection. I know my close female friends would be much offended if I refuse to walk arm in arm with them when we go shopping together, for example. So intimate skinship in kpop does not really shout "they are together" to me. That said, there is something special between jikook's interactions that touches me and makes me both warm and sad at the same time. I recognise love in this video, and perhaps reading too much from this film, I also sense insecurity on Kookie's part, as if he is afraid that he might lose Jimin any moment... This insecurity is also shown in their interactions, the need on Kookies' part to touch Jimin whenever he feels shy, uncertain, or if he thinks someone is threatening to take Jimin's attention away from him. I wish it things could be simpler for them. Figuring out love at that age is already bitter sweet when one struggles to understand if the other returns one's affections. But to add to that the pressure from society that there are only certain types of people one could or should love, and the constant outside supervision and scrutiny due to their lives of being an idol ... I think Kookie incredibly brave to share this video with the public, showing their feelings and relationship in this way for the public to openly debate, and risk potential backlash especially from their Korean fans. I am fortunate in that I only need to worry if my family approved of the man I chose to date, and need not worry about what other people might think when we walk down the beach holding hands or sharing a few kisses. I wish Kookie and Jimin could have that; I wish everyone could be left alone to decide on their own feelings without too much social pressure. I wish there wasn't an incessant need from the society to define and label what sorts of love exist and whether it should exist, or indeed so quick and eager to judge everything. Sorry for ranting here, I guess I just really wish life could be a bit easier for the boys, and hearing your thoughts on this video somewhat sparked the urge for me to say all the above.

It would sadden me to know that my beloved Asian subscribers feel as if I am not taking into consideration the differences in relationships between our two societies ♡ I agree with you. As someone that has only dated and had romantic feelings for other males, I sense something very familiar in this relationship. I believe it does have much to do with the levels of closeness that these members share during their formative years. That being said, many members still do not share a closeness like I've seen with Jimin and Jungkook. That is not to say that other ships are invalid because of this--simply my observation ♡ I loved your point about JK being so brave as to share this video with the world as almost a declaration or acknowledgement of their "romance." Hi logi. Thanks for the reply and please be assured that you are not offending your Asian audiences in any way by doing these reactions. If anything, seeing these moments from your prospective is very interesting and entertaining. I only brought up the cultural difference in skinship because a lot of the shipping moments videos involve skinship and though cute, (and maybe shocking to Western audiences), why they usually does not serve as "concrete proof" to me personally. And this is precisely why this G.C.F is having so much effect on me. There is actually no skinship involved. To me, Kookie is essentially saying with this film that "love is love, interpret it how you wish and how best it would fit into your comfort zone and logic; but this is what we feel for each other and we have no wish of concealing it." Really, this might be the best way to use their influence and get people to think and speak about social taboos. The BTS boys are making me like them for more than just their music, bad news for me surely... Again, thanks for your videos, and the very best wishes to you in everything you do.

Did you see the interviews where they were all asked what was the most important moment to them in 2017 and despite the AMAs and Billboard etc they both separately said it was going on this trip together. And in another interview JK wouldn’t stop talking to the other members about how cute Jimin was on the trip and RM and JHope looked like they wanted to strangle him but JK was happily clueless. he just wouldn’t stop talking about Jimin. And I agree with what you said about things happening between the same sex even if they’re not gay. I’m not but I find my best friend very attractive in many ways and we spontaneously made out once. It was surprising. But I see how it could happen with even straight people.

Charlotte Keith, Yes that is possible BUT NOT WITH STRAIGHT BOYS!!! Remember both Jk and Jm have been in the 'gated bubble' of BTS since they were young, Jk 15, Jm 17, and they have been surrounded by girls albeit staff, yet are only interested in each other, and believe me straight boys do not call each other baby, nor do they back-hug each other, Why? Because the one giving the back hug KNOWS the boy in front can FEEl his genitals against him as can the recipient! Add in the inseparable behaviour, (Unless Big-Hit split them up) Going on Holiday together sharing a double bed in Tokyo, the Designer wedding rings and you have a full-blown love affair, I will go further, I do believe they had a 'partnership' ceremony in Japan, because since that time they could not be more a couple if they tried, if they were NOT together why do the other members Block them, or tease them?

Just FYI: idols do get laid but very secretly. It's usually like one night stands or "escort girls". It's more difficult for female idols, but not so much for male idols. Also, companies usually have a pretty heavy influence on media, so MOST of the times (not always tho) scandals don't occur. Paparazzi in Korea are different and not as obnoxious as they are in America. I also feel like you've totally looked into my previous comment LOL Yeah, friends (girls or boys) in Korea are VERY close, and personal space is almost non-existent xD Also, idols are even more touchy cause fan-service and they just used to it. Koreans have a very strong feeling of community. It's community culture. That being said, I still believe JK has a crush but not necessarily romantic. They do love and admire each other very much. But JK loves Troy and most certainly has watched his MV for the song Kookie chose, so... It says at least SOMETHING. Anyways, only time can tell. P.S.: I'm totally waiting for more videos from Jungkook. They are great!

Yes, the Korean entertainment companies have a lot of control on their idol singers but these idols can always find a way to meet and hook up with girls in their free time. Think about it. They are so young, healthy, and full of hormones that their company can't completely deprive them of going out and hooking up with girls. These days some companies dont even stop the idols from dating girls. They just warn them not to get in trouble with girls. That being said, i am pretty sure BTS members have met and hooked up with girls before/ since their debut although I believe their relationship with girls wouldn't prabably last for a long time simply bcz of their crazily busy schedule. Not many girls are willing to date someone who can barely make time for them. So probably they have a hard time having a long-term relationship with any girls. Also Korean media is not as rude and aggressive as American papparazzi. There is something called Dispatch that normally write an article about who is dating who, but they have to make sure their article must be based on hard evidence otherwise they can be sued by the entertainment companies. Also before they release any articles, they inform the companies beforehand so the companies can prepare for handling the situations. Many times these entertainment companies can also work out with Dispatch not to release an article. So there is a lot of ways for these companies to take care of scandals. Plus these days no one really cares about idol singers dating someone. Maybe some young teenage fangirls care but normally people think it is only natural they go out and date someone.

I said 'girls' bcz none of them have ever come out and they always mention 'girls' in every interview when they refer to lovers. So obviously they do not want to come out nor want to be outed even if they are not straight. Knowing how risky it is to come out as a KPOP idol in Korea, i just want to protect them and respect their wish. That's all. Personally I dont care what their sexuality is....
