The Korean word for apple is spelled the same as the Korean word for apology, so I think the apple is a play on the word apology. In other words, I think what G-Dragon is saying is he is sorry for breaking your heart or sorry for being a heartbreaker, or sorry he has gotten involved with someone who is a heartbreaker, etc. Sometimes as a joke when a Korean person has to apologize for something they will give people an apple. And often in K-dramas or in MVs, etc. you see apples used when they are saying sorry about something or you see an apple being damaged in some way as a metaphor for the fact that they don't accept someone's apology, etc.
