Yesterday he performed this song in front of 22,000 fans at the Endless Summer tour for the tragic events that's been going on lately. He even took the time out to have a moment of silence and words of encouragement to the masses. The more he got into depth with performing this song, the more his voice starting breaking. By the time he started talking about Melissa, he was fighting so hard not to cry until he finished the verse. He broke down in front of thousands where an outbreak of sympathy came from the fans. Soon after that happened, his mom was on the side of the stage to hug her son who was so affected by the events. Truly a touching moment. But after all the tear-shedding moment, his crew gave him a platinum award for his album and a 5x platinum award for his single Me, Myself and I. Truly an amazing night in musical history and his as well. Congrats G-Eazy

To all who read this, and those who still come back to this song after almost 6 years, know that it DOES get better. No matter what happens, where you go, or how your life progresses, you can always rise back up and know that you aren't alone. G showed us that, and as long as a community like this exists, you are never truly alone. God bless all the broken souls and weary hearts reading this, you will be the ones to find true happiness later in your life.

I remember this song when it first dropped. I was a young 16 year old with alot of family issues and problems I was causing myself. I was feeling alot of pain and whilst listening to this song i got to amplify that feeling and understand it through another's perspective. It help me get over some issues(of course it didn't help with all issues because music as nice as it is doesn't cure depression or what not) and I moved on to grow into a fine adult. G eazy and his music will always have a place in my heart. Some can respect that and others can disagree. It is what it is and I'll take that proudly.

this song always makes me happy even though this song is sad. His life wasn't easy but look where Gerald is now. His life shows that life isn't suppose to be happy ur suppose to have ups and downs. He also shows to never give up in life no matter what ur going through. I respect this man very much I give him the respect he deserves. G-Eazy the name no one is ever going to forget. I love you Gerald Earl Gillum.

This is what I love about G-Eazy. No walls, no masks. He raps about real shit. That's what the art was meant to be. A way to tell a story and convey emotion that is impactful. Everything Will Be Okay is one of my all time favorites and probably will be for the rest of my life.

My mom used to tell me that all the time she passed away about six years ago my life changed. I moved home and help my sister take care of my father. They are married for 54 years and I watch my father suffer without my mom and now my daughter passed away, on June 9 I keep telling myself everything‘s gonna be OK but I miss my family. I miss my daughter my heart broke.💔

I’m a new fan and I just did a shit ton of research about what happened and some recent stuff that happened to him and I just have to say damn. This man has gone through some serious shit in his life. I watched his episode in rapture and I can see and hear in his music his pain after losing 2 important people in his life and having to tackle such heavy things so early on. I don’t know how he hasn’t quit this toxic business but I have to commend him for keeping going. Stay strong man!

So idk if anyone else noticed this but i did and want to point it out. The second verse he spits, i dont think its from his point of view. I think its from his brother Jame's point of view cause he says, "Where were you when she was in the hospital huh? It was only us." If you've been following G for awhile you'd know he was on tour when his mom was in the hospital. I thought this was interesting about this song. Without a doubt one of the deepest songs ive ever heard tho. Mad respect.

That 3rd Verse. In 2017 I woke up to find my Fiancé (and best friend) cold and blue next to the kitchen table. She OD’d on a mixture of opiates and Xanax, it was just like that crying giving CPR screaming knowing nothing would help. I try not to think about that day but I think it’s healthy to open it back up when listening to a song like this because knowing there’s SOMEONE who can in any way relate to going through that…it helps. That was 8/8/17, I checked myself into rehab on 8/9/17 and I haven’t looked back. I miss you Amber Skye ❤️ I miss you so much 😢 sometimes it’s good to cry 😭
