I’m excited to share a new track today ‘Bring Me Home’. I wrote it quite recently. 2018 was an epic, exciting, exhausting year for me and my brain struggled to keep up. I had quite a bit of anxiety and frankly, it scared the shit out of me. It was really overwhelming and this song is about that. It’s ok not to be ok sometimes.
I needed the film clip to be emotional like the song. I wrote this song when I was breaking down so I wanted to portray that in the visual. I can’t act to save my life so I put myself in a hot warehouse on a 36 degree day and drummed for 6 hours straight until I couldn’t anymore to show that real emotion and convey what I was feeling.

Never have i heard a song that relates to what ive felt with anxiety and depression. Whats wild is that this is new to me! Ive been one person to always have control of my life, but lately its been tough mentally. I get mad because i dont want to feel this way! Its new to my wife and my mom. Brought tears to my eyes as I listened asI thought of all the times, in my younger years when my life was so out of control and I called my Mom in crisis &/or sometimes wasted or panicked and she often was there to help me, even though we had a “not so great”relationship but I’ll thank her today for thoughs times she did come through for me or picked me up once even out of state, or sat through late night calls to help me. I’m far from who I was then & years of therapy but we have a much better relationship today yet remnants of pain still resides as I felt it when hearing your song & despite the therapy & self help I’ve done… I think it will be there always & come up again differently though, as we don’t ever forget but it has attenuated at least YET, I look at healing like an “upward spiral” anyways; so when these old feelings do come back around, the pains never the same intensity or duration as I move up that spiral 🌀& feeling them is the only way to have a chance to get over the painful feelings -we just have to plow right through them! Your song is cathartic for helping with that process too🤪😭-thank you❣️👍🏻👏🏻🤩🏆😄😢❤
