Shuhua is a sub-vocalist so it's normal for her to get less lines. But especially in their earlier albums (like this one was their debut), Shuhua was extremely insecure about her Korean and whenever she spoke Korean, knetz made fun of her, so she asked Soyeon for less lines. She's more confident these days so she has more lines

The reason why Shuhua doesn't have a lot of lines in their earlier songs is because Korean was difficult for her to learn at the time and that lowered her confidence in having more lines but Soyeon tries to encourage her to have more lines whilst not pushing her too hard, gradually Shuhua gains more confidence over time and now she has full verses where she can fully showcase her beautiful voice.

i believe another rapper you'd like is WJSN's EXY, she also produce, compose, write and direct like Soyeon. Both are amazing rappers. I would love for you to check out WJSN, they're a heavy vocal group too

That part in "Maze" that you pointed out doesn't sound like Minnie... I'm pretty sure that is Shuhua. Lyric video's misplace Shuhua's parts sometimes because she sounds different a lot of times. Soyeon calls her a vocal chameleon.

the bside of this album are produced by other producers and not soyeon, so i think thats why minnie sounded different bcs after this album all the bside are produced by soyeon and most likely she got diferent directions (nowadays i think she sounds like herself in latata but more mature i guess)
