I like how intimate Gidle's concerts are. Love big venues and all, and the girls deserve the world, but it feels like you're there to see your closest, beloved friends just do what they really want to do. Little thanks yous and words and expressions of appreciation feel like they really deliver more this way. I mean this in the context of both the fans and the girls haha. I love how intimate and fun it was. Everyone around me danced and sang together. There was a girl constantly screaming behind me. Despite getting beer spilled on me from the second floor, I had a great night.

The way everyone around me was anticipating them to sing this song!! What a wonderful, amazing, unforgettable night. I’m so grateful i got to see them for the second year in a row🥲 hope they come back to sf next year!! Even if you’re a casual listener to just their title tracks, i highly recommend to go one day if you have the funds. Either near the front row of the floor/pit area or the top sections. I never recommend the back of the floor section as a short person since its very hard to see Neverlands will know, the members always bring 1000% of their energy to their concerts. Their energy and facial expressions while dancing are literally EXACTLY like when watching them online on music shows. Aka they’re never slacking. And they always sing LIVE. I never expect idols or singers in general to sing live for the entire setlist, especially when dancing, since they do genuinely need to rest their vocals for such a long and intense tour. But they sang a LOT of songs live. I def heard their voices crack a couple of times (very minor but cute and expected since as i said, they’re definitely singing live and over the backtrack). And they also do acapalla sometimes where they’ll sing a snippet of one of the songs not on the setlist requested by fans. So we get to hear their beautiful vocals without any backtrack and lemme tell u, basically the exact same as the studio versions. They also upped the stage production even further this year with beautiful sets, background dancers, and new arrangements for their songs. There wasn’t an actual live band there, but some of the songs had more “raw” instrumentals. Really made the concert more hype. And the way they’ll speak english for us🥹 some of it is definitely rehearsed which is fine, they’re not native speakers and i find it cute hehe. But they did have instances where the speaking portions seemed less rehearsed, particularly Minnie, Yuqi and a little bit of Soyeon I also feel they try to make the experience as intimate and fun as possible. You’ll get the members waving a lot and doing hearts and eye contact with fans. During the speaking unrehearsed portions, the members say some really heartfelt and encouraging stuff. They’ve all definitely improved their stage presence SOO much compared to last year as well. So much more interaction with the crowd in general i feel, despite the larger venue. And they did a more natural job at hyping the crowd.

@@robertthomas2312 thanks for even reading it all lol, i didnt realize i wrote so much but i was coming off the high from the concert and i guess wanted to memorialize the experience. Im not sure if it sold out, but the venue did look very packed. For what its worth, I checked Ticketmaster the day before and people were still selling floor seats at a gigantic markup that would realistically never be worth paying. VIP tickets sold out extremely quickly; i didn’t even see that option when I went to buy even tho i went during the presale. Unfortunately im not sure how to find verified information on whether it was completely sold out or not, but from my firsthand experience, it was difficult getting tickets even during the presale. My friends and i all bought tickets trying to get the best spots. I ended up only getting seats at the top section but luckily a friend got seats for us all on the floor. Hopefully GIDLE does a larger venue next year since it seems there is some increasing demand!
