I-DLE's attire in gold definitely reminds me back to their MMA performance in 2018. It's like they are announcing the start of the new beginning of IDLE era. Which then follows by their confirmation. Whatever their choice is, as Neverland I believe in them. Also do take care of yourself Mando. Hope everything is ok.

I-DLE and Aespa's performances were back to back just before the daesangs. I-DLE already got their top 10 award and Soyeon's songwriter award, but they got the daesang after this.

Ultimately, it makes sense for them to stay. A few days prior to the MMAs, Soyeon was on Bibi's talk show, and said about the negotiations, the ultimate talking point was the ability of the members to make music, how they want, when they want under the concaept they want. ANd with four of the members producing their own music, that makes sense for them in the next few years. I'm happy for them, if they're happy. That moment was epic, especially watching Young JI's, Karina's and Wonyoung's reactions.

I was there. Completely lost it when they were announced daesang winners. And this performance beforehand is sooo wholesome, and nostalgic. My favourite performance among the three award ceremonies.

Was up at 5 am watching when they announced the daesang, i was half-asleep and crying during their speech even though i didn't know what was being said 😭 the live chat was going crazy and thats how i found out they renewed, im so happy for them ❤

I-DLE, Aespa and TripleS were my favorite performances from MMA…IVE was also killer too. It sucks that TripleS got only one song…but they said if they got only one song they were going to go big ….and they made it count. All the MMA performances were good this year.

that News from them was the best of the MMA ! Made me so happy , and that QWER got an award to. I am so thankful to Soyeon that she helpt them to get more people to know them. Maybe you could try to react to some QWER songs to ? Their last Song was written and produced by Soyeon , she even directed the MV ( QWER - My Name is Malguem ) ANd on their YT Channel is a video with behind the scenes from the recording and one the MV making . They made a cover MV from Idols Fate , that gave the song another push in the Charts , thats was the reason Soyeon wanted to help them . And the have a real crazy story , how the band was made ! btw .. they where the starting Act for the MMA 2024 !

I agree, and the incident of Cube's stock after Soyeon's rap in their concert makes them have more opportunities in the negotiate too. The songs they performed tell their journey and when they've got Daesang is perfect for 7 years of themselves. Seems to be they don't know about this reward then Soyeon's decision to announce their renewal. My eyes tears up when I see them at the moment.

I truly am curious just how desperate CUBE was with their offer. I really like to know how they got to convince the girls to stay, given that Soyeon does has the ambition to start her own company as she said so herself a while ago and could easily continue independently. In my language, we have this saying when something costs a fortune, which is "It costed me a rib," and I definitely feel like CUBE's CEO must have sold one of his ribs, if not more. Good for the girls.
