They have to treat them well, because they're cube's largest money makers. People do have to know that the girls themselves are VERY hardworking and most likely also chose those schedules because they WANT SUCCES.

cube does not treat them well, they have to do everything themselves and are given a really short amount of time to make albums, they are rushed and overworked, to the point that when they promoted superlady 4/5 members were ill/2 or 3 members were in the hospital (yuqi and shuhua + i think minnie also was?) cube does not do anything about the hate and slander idle get, they don't protect their artists. look at what they are doing to nowadays and lightsum
