Soyeon wrote the track, (well before their last comeback Seniorita) as a response to people who thought she wouldn't be able to be an idol. (because she wasn't pretty or because she was too swaggy)

that's a 90s vibe based track there is no heavy beats back in the 90s check them so they followed the same style this is a typical 90s vibe adding a heavy beat to tue chorus will ruin the whole vibe

the intro😂😂 btw i am neverland (g-idle fan) and i was excited to see this new hip-hop concept literally, i expected a different chorus, literally different, maybe more powerful, but when soyeon's rap part came i literally lost my shit🔥 at the end is the sound/the beat and the lyrics that mattered for me so i started appreciate more the song. now i can't stop listening to it.
