sometimes, I don t get people, 1300 views, only 45 likes, 0 comments... it s like if 'liking' is expensive or something, and no one says, great stuff, or anything. no one wants to share perspective, or experience. I wander about something, would you agree that it would have been better to dispense with clutch in the vamp? like to allow people to get more than one, like the ram? just curious. when there s a driver assigned, it means there s only one in the fleet no? the ram... if Hasbro s turn over had been 3 - 4 years instead of 2, I d have bought more than one. I think they really dropped the ball potentially speaking here as in 83 onwards. I did nt have time financially speaking to buy more if I wanted the other pieces. getting a matching cobra army, hiss, snakes, fangs, troops, was expensive. they would have made much more money for their trouble, cashing on the same casts - models. I had no idea that there was another version made in the 2000s... it looks pretty cool, and is a great improvement, especially the moving gattling. more details, and handles on the cases, much more practical and realistic to me. the vamp... yeah, I ve seen some from playschool India, rally and police versions. I m not even sure I ve seen them all yet, the camo version looks best to me. it s a small jeep, today, I d go with the 2000s humvee for sure, more realistic and practical. I have used vegetable oil myself, lol, I gave clutch a uzi too. the gun has recoil, so it has to be ballistic, not energy. I used the mobat to pull the hal laser, and vamp for Hawk s missile launcher, I loved to convoy. the mobat... my first piece in 82, the threads had no holes then, they were added later in 83. that s how I know yours is 83, the battery latch is also made differently to clear terrain easier. nope, it also goes backwards and turns too, 'd' batteries are not as common now as they used to be. when you took it out of the box, you had to extend the cannon, it saved to have a longer box. consumer s distributing had the total black version, and I also dig the total red 2000s version. I don t like the other versions as much, I never seen a camo version... I bought a combo Sears version, the black cobra vamp towing the missile launcher, all black too. I regretted not being able to buy more, as I like the machine gunned vamp a bit more than the stinger. swivel snake v 1 was $90 last time I checked a few years ago, not surprising. I agree that v 2 was the best version ever, and I loved v 1 a lot, it just rocks, including the wolf only made it cooler. ahhh, so that s where you took your tan arms to fit Doc s body. you know, there is an actual mash ambulance made as toy that was made in 82... an unknown brand, but the doors are said to be fragile, like more a model than a toy, the helicopter too. the tomahawk was made for that purpose, same time as lifeline, so your wish was granted. gi joe is supposed to be futuristic, so few of us would ever want such retro stuff. I could see a humvee ambulance, abrams, and paladin made today 'a la 21 rst century' toys. that brand was awesome, everything scaled perfectly, very realistic, and not so expensive either. they sadly went bankrupt before I could get any of their stuff, but they rocked! good show bro.
