She have good fluency in speaking; love it. Only one thing she has Assamese accent mixed with Bangla, e.g. she said, "dhorsi" (Assamese mix), which is equivalent to "dhorechhi", in Bangla. Yet, her Bangla is good enough. A captain should have such fluency in her speaking.

They don't hate India, simply. Their hate is of Newton's 3rd law, "every action there is an equal and opposite reaction". India hates Bangladeshi; they look Bangladeshi at low level. And therefore, is the application of the 3rd law of Newton. Our local proverb "if you pelt stone, you will be pelted". India is getting return of their own stones.
