There's no need for replacement as for they are still young and they will continue to be of service for the nation for a decade at least. And to grow further, these girls need overseas training camps. Oyr golden generation's girls used to play against world's top countries which is why they were on a different level. You can only do much if you dont get world class training and conditioning.

This year, Indian girls looks stronger than Bangladeshi girls. BD will surely lose to India, day after tomorrow. Then you will believe what I was telling.
