Ginger-Garlic-Dry Red Chilli Paste - 1Tbsp
Mustard Oil - 1 & 1/2Tbsp
Pre-Prep:

Curd mix: Curd-2Tbsp + Coriander Powder - 1Tsp + Turmeric - 1/2Tsp + Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1Tsp
Fried Onion(Beresta) - 2 Small Onions
For Cooking:

Onion Paste - 1cup
Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste - 1/2Tbsp
Curd Mix
**Spice Mix - 1Tbsp
Fried Onion Paste - 3/4th Tbsp
Mutton with Marination
Salt to Taste
Sugar - 1/2Tsp Or As per Taste
Tea Liquor - 1Tbsp(Take 2tbsp water & 1/2Tbsp Tea, soak & prepare the liquor)
Ghee/Clarified Butter - 1/2Tsp
Mustard Oil for cooking

Star Anise - 2
Green Cardamom - 4/5Pods
Black Cardamom - 1Pod
Cloves - 8-10
Cinnamon - 2Medium Sticks
Mace - 1Strand from 1 petal
Nutmeg - 1/4th from a whole
Bay Leaf - 2-3
Black Pepper Corn - 9-10
