OK, here's a retake. The sound quality should be much better.

Wow, I never thought it was possible to play this theme on piano witout making it lose it's impact. Well, sir, you most certainly could! One of the best boss themes in the history of rpg games.

Thanks for your comment!! I'm very happy that so many people abroad are familiar with the music from Japanese video games. I do like the game Secret of the Mana but I never really had tried it on piano. Chrono Trigger of course is the masterpiece of all time! I play some of the music on piano but I haven't made a recording yet. I think I will do so someday.

I like the style you gave this arrangement. Less flamboyant than the original, I'd say it's most tragic. Great job!

Thanks again! I've started playing when I was 4 years old, and I stopped when I was around 18. This year I started playing again, so I can't play as good as I used to be able to. Terra's theme is also a very beautiful piece. I suppose you're doing a good job because it's not a very easy piece to play with only one year experience.

Thanks for your comment! I really like the grievous melody of this music so that's the way I made this arrangement. I tried not to lose its energy though.

You don't miss a note or a beat. It's awesome~! I really like your videos. I was raised on Squaresoft so they are very moving to me. it's cool to see pro like you appriciating them too. Oh oh!! Did you play Secret of the Mana? The ice level? Or of course, Chrono Trigger? Either way please, please keep posting, I appriciate it!!

Yes, certainly one of the best of all RPG games. I tried not to lose its impact, and also its beauty of the melody. Hope I did ok.

Okay is putting it VERY midly. This was awsome. I would have paid to see this at a recital or something - it's that good.
now that i think about it i dunno if you have one, if not you should do that song it'd be pretty epic

Well... I don't know how to advise on that. How about not playing that song for a while? And I think you should listen to the song you're wanting to play. It's same with any instruments, first you listen, listen, and listen... until you get an image of how "you" will perform on that song. I think it's important that you can hear the sound in your head, the sound that you're looking for.

Amazing job! Mr. Ito's work is deceptively hard to play. I counted absolutely no mistakes here, which is something I can't quite say about my SaGa performances insofar. Beautiful adaptation of this piece to piano. Keep up the good work.
