国際刑事裁判所を利用する事は、日本の検察には絶対出来まい。 何故なら…って事だ。この事件もそうだが、「凡その特捜扱う事件」は当事者の「心象」を何ら反映できていない。 書面があるなら、それを理由に訴追すれば良いのに、何故かしない。 何故でしょう？そして何故国内なら閉じ込め拷問をし続けてしまうのでしょう？ これらがはっきりしない限り、本当の所は見えてこない。私は物的証拠と言われる事と、背任(と明確に証明出来る行為)が知りたい。 明確に証明出来たら日本の検察を「世界一の組織」と一生褒め称えるので、是非物的証拠を見せてくれ。
