Your understanding of "Non violence" is "Non action' brother... That's wrong. Without creating violence against do your protest to address your problem... To do like this we need much intellectuality. Even today also every country does this type non violence protests... Those all are inspired from Gandhiji style of non violence protests. Gandhiji gave the detailed path with practical results with his style of protest to every individual in all over the world. Bhagavad Gita says kill the person who doesn't obey dharma. In literal sense it's great to hear... But in practical sense whoever is strong they won.its about strength not about dharma.loss of life in consequential in both sides always. But in non violence protests... It's inconsequential to get violence from whom we against protest.in movies we see they add some members from their side to create violence to take action on actual protesters peacefully. Killing others to get what we want is Inhuman nd uncivilized thing... But To bring change from who create troubles for us is civilization. Our target is to change in treatment in society nd solutions to our problems in civilized manner not to kill others.
