I admire 辛吉飞, his knowledge and so willing and caring to share that knowledge out for anyone who chooses to listen and happy to learn some out from his clips. In fact, I also agree with you, Eric, that we each need to learn to read the ingredients label because whatever goes into our stomach, would in time result in the cause and effect. "Moderation is the key", as some would say.... but with all foods that sold in supermarkets or stalls, how much are we really consuming to know the level of 'moderation'? Currently, the health issues and its problems are already taxing countries as more and more diseases can be aggressive and quite unstoppable and especially with the virus going about! We have but ONE body and its organs to last us as long as we can. So try to stay well and as healthy as one can be, to lessen the burden on families and society. What say anyone? 😉
Chemicals in natural foods can be molecularly same but the problem is when it is extracted and used in high concentration. Sugar ultimately is just carbohydrate but you would not want to drink coke soda everyday, right? Beside even FDA don't regulate all extracts.if they don't regulate them, the corporate can add them freely.
