Caster sugar 110g 细砂糖 110克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉 3/4茶匙
●Mango Puree 芒果泥:
Mango flesh 400g 芒果肉 400克
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
●Mango layer 芒果层 :
Mango puree 600ml 芒果泥 600毫升
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 2+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 2+1/2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
●Surface Layer 表层:
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
Gold leaf 2pcs 金箔纸 2张
*1tsp =2.64g ( agar&Jelly powder)
1茶匙 =2.64克（燕菜粉/果冻粉）

Most of your recipes combine jelly powder and agar agar. They're all beautiful! Is jelly powder same as pure gelatin? I Google jelly powder in US and results are mostly jelly powder. I really want to make your recipes but I want to make sure I have the correct ingredients. Thank you!
