Luke, this is heading towards the "secret knowledge" area now. Cover Corp was still feeling their way on how to operate Hololive during the JP Gen2 era, avatars were first created and then individuals were cast for them. Choco recalled that her genmates met for the first time IRL some time after their debuts. Subaru was unusual as her avatar was heavily revised by her "artist mom" Shigure Ui after she was cast, as they went through some serious discussions on the colour scheme. This allowed Ui enough headroom to make Subaru's avatar to be so close to her IRL appearance that it becomes uncanny, and in turn Ui made her own avatar to resemble Subaru to maintain the mother-daughter resemblance.

One of Subaru's most iconic lines that I think I literally can't and will never forget was when she said her house burned and she expected help, like any kind of help she was really young and expected for people to help her family and her because she thought that this is a catastrophe, surely people will help us, our family, friends, neighbours, strangers, but nobody did...nobody did, and yet ozora family raised again and now she bought a house for her parents i think, she is an example to follow

I like that even after these years, it's still very clear that Subaru is early in her idol journey. She's constantly showing new things about her progress as an idol. Just yesterday for example she performed as part as one of the founding members of a new Hololive Official Unit. Holotori is the most Internationally diverse and organically formed unit in Hololive with members of all 3 branches and 4 countries. Another thing is that Subaru joined Hololive right at the point it changed from a streamer company to an idol company. There's clips of her talking with Mio about finding out that they were suddenly expected to idols, it's hilarious.

When I 1st fell down the rabbit hole I didn't like her that much as I found her voice weird but she slowly grew on me. She is at her best when she is collabing and has someone to bounce off. Some of the SMOK clip are some of the best.

The funny thing about that Subaru sits clip is Thats the stream Luna gets so scared in that VR game she falls off the stool hard enough she bruised her ass badly enoght to where she complained it was hard for her to sitdown and stream for a few days.

Subaru's life is one of the things that really makes me love her, she is so possitive and upbeat, certianly funny, her screams are so entertaining, she is girly yet also very in tone with the tomboy aspect of her character. Her heart problem was such a shocking story too, no wonder she went fool girly mode when she saw the flower field in pokemon diamond/pearl. She also being the responsible one of Yagoo's name because of misunderstanding the kanji, getting into hololive by sheer charaisma and enthusiasm while knowing jack about tech or gaming, her girly actions, she being the only certificate person with an extrovert personality in a sea of shut ins or extreme introverts, its awesome, its no joke she is indeed the sun of hololive.

Subaru, Korone, Pekora, and Marine did a voice-acting project with Megaton Musashi, where they voiced multiple characters for something called *Musashi Omnibus Hololive Movie Special.* I think you'd be interested in watching it because it shows pictures of each of the girls as they're speaking their lines, so you get a good idea of how talented each of them is throughout the video. It's less than 14 minutes in length, so it can easily be handled in one of these uploads.
