Note , I have this bag in the shorter version. it just has the lower firearm storage compartment with three firearm case/bags . it only allows you to fit two firearms in the bags and insert them in the back pack . I could not even fit the third bag {empty} in the back pack along with the other two with firearms . this would be an amazing bag if you could actually fit three firearms

The only thing missing from that bag was a range its self. O carry a lot of stuff with me to the range and I need organization. I came just dump everything in the bottom. Excellent bag. I carry a Ruger book bag (basic school back pack). I have to get creative with the way I pack it. The built in Umbrella is very cool.

You just sold me on this bag. I've been looking for a new range bag for a while. I have the GPS shotgun bag for my skeet/trap league shooting. It'll hold 300 rounds of 12 gauge plus all my gear. It's awesome for that but I need a second one for rifle/handgun trips.

@@GhostTactical I tend to haul a "stupid" amount of ammo according to most people and the GPS bags seem to be up to the task without worrying about ripping out the straps. Been there, done that.

Excellent review. Two questions: Was there anything you didn’t like about the bag? Also, I’ve been looking into buying this bag. I have 3 guns that I would take to the range plus a CCA MCK Gen 2 (Roni). It has a foldable stock and an optic that doesn’t have a quick release. Will I be able to fit that into this bag? I understand that there might not be enough room for ammo but I can put the ammo in cases or a can and carry that separately. What are your thoughts about this holding the MCK? Thanks again!!

Honestly, I still use this bag and love it.. I wouldn't change anything. The roni should fit.. It will be close

@@GhostTactical My problem is that even though the Roni doesn’t have a gun attached to it while being transported, heads are going to turn. If you walk into the range with this weird looking “gun”, you’ll probably be stopped and questioned because people will think they are being muzzled. So I need to find something that I can carry this device in without drawing attention to myself.

That bag is badass. I particularly like the reinforced pistol compartment and the pistol pouches. All it needs is a tear-off IFAK and its perfect. Definitely going on my wishlist.

The problem with all these bags that I have seen reviews on is non of them have a designated pouch for ammo. People just stuff it in there were they can fit it.

Good review... Q. where the 4th gun holder is up top can that be removed? Say to store boxes of ammo or is that a separate compartment like the bottom holding area that does not come out and hard lined? Q. Can the strap where you wrap around your waste be removed if not needed? Thanks

All the gun holders can be removed. They are sleeves that you put your guns in. The best part is that you can, literally, pull the sleeves out and just put them in the safe when you get home. You can use the gun storage area for whatever you need. The strap can be taken off. Just unthread it from the bag and you are good to go!

Great looking bag but living in California that bag is a no go because here we have to have lockable compartments if we are going to carry guns or ammo and I like to carry a lot of different ammo in different compartments. I don’t know why companies still make their bags without lockable zippers on ALL COMPARTMENTS?

I bought two bang boxes for ammo. I take out two of the handgun bags and the boxes fit perfectly, Google them. I bought mine on amazon. You can also order Velcro ammo strips to go on them. I bought a 9mm, 7.62x39 and 5.56
