The Miquo'te Seeker of the Sun tribes have an interesting culture. Most males have a simple 1 or 2 syllable name. There is always a single letter plus an apostrophe added to the front that indicates the tribe. There are 26 tribes, so they conveniently align to the Aeorzean alphabet. Additionally, all males have a suffix title. Breeding males get the title "Nunh", and all other males have the title "Tia". All males are born as Tia, but they can challenge the current Nunh to combat to claim the title. There is usually only one Nunh per tribe. Alternatively, a Tia can take several females and leave the tribe to form his own tribe, where becomes Nunh until challenged by another. Females names are the first letter of the tribe plus an apostrophe, plus their given name. Her last name is the same as the given name of her tribe's Nunh who sired her. For example Y'shtola Rhul: Tribe is Y (Jaguar tribe, pronounced Yah), given name Shtola, from the sire Y'Rhul Nunh. Her name is pronounced yash-TOE-la. G'raha Tia: Tribe is G (Griffon tribe, pronounced Goo with a hard G), given name Raha, non breeding male (Tia). So... G'raha Tia has no harem. At least, he has none right now. Maybe in the future he will get some breeding females, and then he can form his own tribe, where he will become G'raha Nunh. I don't think his G will change, but it's unclear how that part works.

god.... having played the game, when i first met him, i adored him, and when he was sealed, it feltlike a 'i never got to tell him' moment and it crushed me i would go on thru the game, now and then thinking of him. will we ever see him again? is he resting peacefully? so to be brought to the 2nd, and see the Tower, I was hyped, asking the Exharch if there was anyone else there... and heart broken when he said no. I avoided spoilers as best I could, and the moments I shared with him I felt comfortable, but being confused. Who was he? He doesn't just speak to us as the 'saviour of the 2nd'... but as an old friend. as someone he knows, someone he truly cares about. Then i started noticing things; like his hands. They were unmistakabley _miquo'te_ hands. His stance, his fondness over us... so seeing him when he tried saving us, seeing our dear cat boy standing there, i cried _so hard_. I love this adorable brat sososo*_SO_* much. sorry for the rant, i don't get to do so often enough QwQ

So, I know this ISN'T the actual audio and words that G'raha Tia actually uses in this scene, but it is damn near close to it. The character of G'raha Tia in FFXIV was written in such a way that it is more-or-less clear that he is a Male Bisexual Miqo'te so that way he can align with either a Male or Female WoL. He doesn't outright say it in black-and-white terms, but it is heavily implied through his in-game expressions and his actions that G'raha Tia not only looks up to, respects, and admires the WoL as a Friend, Colleague, and Mentor; but also as a Romantic Companion. For me personally, out of all the Scions, I feel closest (friendship-wise) to: 1) G'raha Tia, 2) "The Twins" Alphinaud and Alisaie Leveilleur, 3) Tataru Taru, and 4) Ryne. These three have been shown time and time again to put YOU, the WoL (the player) first. They deeply care about your insight and feelings. They want to include you in everything. And they panic and will do everything in their power to save you/rescue you if you're hurt or in trouble. All the other Scions, while are good friends and colleagues, just haven't shown that they care "That" much. Kind of like a love it or leave it situation. I would think Y'shtola, Urianger, Thancred, Estinien, Krile, Minfilla, Lyse/Yda, Papalymo, Moenbryda, and Riol would attempt to save/rescue you out of obligation.

Estinien does rescue you from Elidibus when G'raha's attempt to bring you to the first incapacitates you. Aymeric says Estinien was the one who swooped in and snatched you out of the Ghimlyt Dark in the nick of time. And I don't think it was out of obligation. He refers to you as friend a lot in EW. You seem to be on par with Alphinaud and even Aymeric for him. I think Urianger, Thancred, and Y'shtola clearly care about you, too, with Y'shtola being the most outwardly reserved. Their reactions in the scene when you almost died at the end of EW shows that.
