How do you play altissimo chromatic run from high F natural to high A? (Like kinda part of a "D" blues lick)

If you finger "F" with the side "C" key, you'll get an altissimo "G". Just lift the "F" key to get the altissimo "Ab". You can also play altissimo G with 1 and high F#. Use the side C for an Ab trill
