If your vehicle has a turbocharger then before moving the vehicle(cold start) and before stopping the vehicle, the engine should be in idle for 30 seconds.

Just twist the steering wheel a bit and simultaneously press push button without pressing the clutch.

Actually this is old school. Newer vehicles have ECU, it will not get started if all start parameters are not met. No need to wait in naturally aspirated engines to start running, in exhaust charged vehicles you need to idle till rpm reduces to a set level.
