狗狗最正向的精力及情緒抒發管道就是運動。除了 「有架構的遛狗」，你還可以使用單車來增加狗狗的運動量及強度。 Annie 在此示範如何安全的用單車帶狗狗跑步。
Exercising is the best positive way to drain the energy of a dog. Other than "structured walk", you can also use a bike to increase the duration and intensity of your dog's daily exercise. Annie will demonstrate in this film how to take your dogs for a run with a bike properly and safely.

recall is to remove dogs from exciting and interesting environment. they will lost their freedom afterward, so you must win their heart first before they are welling to obey. the only way to win their heart is through pack leadership. you must build up your leadership foundation first then you can start the recall training. i did not train my dogs recall with food reward.

超级厉害的，我也是一只哈士奇，有一些问题不知道能不能麻烦指导一下，一个就是它很瘦，不正常吃饭，吃多了就会拉肚子，还有就是在家里还算乖，出门看到狗狗会挑衅爱打架，而且叫不回来，所以现在不敢带它去狗公园把绳子解开让它自由地跑，很苦恼
