I remember seeing WildRiver in an old episode of Plamo Tsukurou and totally being blown away…

diorama artists also worked on TV production and movies especially the Tokusatsu genre like Ultraman and Super Sentai with their miniatures used for filming sets.

Great mook! I wonder how much WildRiver worries about scale? Like, do palm trees really grow taller than a mobile suit? Hey, it's all about the art.

I’m sure he takes that into consideration! I mean, look at all the planning and work that goes into these pieces. But it is sci-fi too at the end of the day! That leaves things pretty wide open!

@@ZakuAurelius that's right! Those are Zeon palm trees.

hey zakuaurelius i was wondering what red did you use for your resin gm cannon custom?
@ZakuAurelius11 ай бұрын
It was a custom mix! I think I put the colors used in the video description. If not, I think it was Character Red with a little Char’s MS Pink mixed to lighten it a little

Where can I find diorama books like those? Even looking up g-world books online I can’t find anything. Any help on how to buy these?

I got mine from Amazon japan, international shipping available! I recommend buying several plamo books at once so it justifies the shipping. amzn.asia/d/6GxE9O0

I think it’s the Pietà, (the statue)

Indeed! Which is what immediately came to mind but then I wasn’t sure 🤔 lol

Different scales in diorama means it's a forced perspective display.
