I have a 2025 x5m60i I have a question when I'm driving with my wife and I stop to go in the store what do I have to do to insure the alarm doesn't go off if she's still in the car and its turned off. Do I keep the car running. Can I turn off etc.

Great color combo. I had such a tough time choosing between white and light or black on black. Of course I went with M sport black on black because that’s what I always do lol but this car is absolutely gorgeous. I decided that plastic covering on the back of the seats in a plastic at the bottom of the doors would end up getting black and then scratched up by feet and shoe scuff marks and wouldn’t be worth it. But it sure looks good when it’s clean

Oh my gosh!!!! I just put in an order for a 2021 X5 50i with this almost exact specs and I was worried about the ivory interior that I opted for the Canberra Beige!!! Now I wish I went with the ivory interior! Was worried it will stain easily especially when I’m wearing dark jeans! This is a beautiful car! So excited to get my car in Nov since it’s still being built and being sent to Germany. Whoever got this car will love love it!!! And how funny that this SUV are being made in SC! 😅

Just to be clear, When I built this car on the BMW site the wheels displayed were the 20” M Star-spoke bi-color wheels . The 22” rims are a different design. Can you please clarify because you stated that the rims were 22” on this vehicle. Thanks

Do also share my videos with family and friends with similar interests. Non SAV’s don’t come tinted from factory. That is a great questions. The 20" wheels come standard with a Non M Sport package. When you upgrade to the M Sport package you get standard 21" wheels or have the option to downgrade to 20" and even an option to upgrade to these 22" Wheels. This X5 was ordered with the 22" wheels upgrade. If you watch the full video, very early on in the video I mention all the standard features of the X5, then I mention how this particular X5 is packaged. To avoid this confusion is why I made such a detailed video going over each and every standard feature and the specific packaging of this X5. Please watch the full video till till end to understand it well.

The tray is there just to use your Digital key. You need the Premium Package Enhanced for Wireless Charging

However you can remotely via your phone app turn on the cameras and take still pictures as well even if you are travelling and are in a different country all together.

Do also share my videos with family and friends with similar interests. That's really strange. Not sure if the US market restricts it in any way but I really don't see that happening. If your X5 was ordered without the display key or just didn't come with it then you can still order one. Just go to your BMW Dealer parts department and you can order a VIN specific key. Once it arrives you will have to have it programmed to your X5 via the service department. Not an inexpensive option but it is possible. Maybe your Sales Person is new and may not have the correct information.

The x5 is made in America so I wouldn't think they wouldn't have the key. They probably were low on stock for the keys.

We here so far have nit had any issues with the Display Key. If we order it with the car it comes along and if we order through parts separately it still comes along but from Germany.

There is a toggle switch inside that you can use to lower or raise the height to standard height. This makes it easier to load and unload the trunk with a lower height and also for kids and an older person getting in and out. Furthermore, it also improves vehicle handling dynamics as the height can adjust automatically depending on the speed and driving mode you are driving it in. That is Sport, Comfort, Eco Pro or Adaptive.

If you mean the touch screen Display Key then no, that is an option to add to your order. The Digital Key is the Credit Card Style key that is standard. This key you can see in the video as well.

I think the blacked out Kidney Grills must be seen in person to appreciate as they go well with the whole M Sport Package and High Gloss Black window surrounds and roof rails. If you don’t black the grills out you get a two tone Silver and Black Grill which is also good but the full black is better and goes with the whole package.
