I'm surprised you didn't mention the legs being able to shift ever so slightly up and down to give him a little more stability. I's a small thing but i found it helps when trying to balance him. My biggest gripe with Brawn was trying to get the arms to stay in place, especially the 'wings' from his shoulders, they'd always be flopping and drooping when I try to pose him, but I've never had any breakage from the hands or the shoulders, myself.

Brawn was my favorite character in the G1 cartoon, probably because he was the first Autobot I got (though Soundwave was my first Transformer). It’s such a shame they never really did anything with him after Gen 1 (unless you count X-Brawn from Robots in Disguise, who had nothing to do with Brawn).

Many of the mini bots had those over-sized off road tires. He would not work well in city traffic (LOL).

Brawn is, in my opinion, probably the worst of the G1 minibots. His Jeep mode is ok, but his robot mode isn’t great because of the proportions and lack of an actual face.
