bro is am so sad astralis lost. blame needs to work on his calling on nuke. they just let g2 take everything. they rotated so slow. And still borup and buzz struggle with consistency. Hooxi has been playing fine for an IGL the last tournament as well. His fragging isnt the problem. Its some combo of Monesy not being ready to beat the top awpers H2H (which is fair enough), Niko underperforming in the clutch, and Hunter and JKS being inconsistent. Maybe Hooxis actual calls are an issue, but theres only a handful of IGLs that frag well. Cadian, Jame once a year, Karrigan on and off, and maybe one more? Dexter once in a blue moon?

@@2639theboss I don't think it's really Hooxi's calls that's the issue. If that were the case then G2 wouldn't have a better T side than CT side. Hunter and m0nesy have complimented his calls in interviews. Imo G2's real problem is not having good coaching staff to help them fix and figure out mistakes and keep them from making them, and to give them a direction. They only have Swani who was only previously an analyst. Which could be why they look so lost so often recently.

@@Dreycan Yeah i cant judge a good IGL as far as their calling goes. Even if i listened to G2s mics for an entire game, i dont have the slightest clue about IGLing a Tier1 CSGO team. It is absurd to me that theyll spend multi-6 figures on just one player, but wont shell out like 120k for an analyst or two. Its like astralis blowing up their team because they didnt want to pay them. I actually like swani a lot, and outside of blade or zonic or maybe ruggah idk who else youd get. But theres no way in hell he can be at his best coaching when he has a second job as an analyst, hes gotta be running on fumes 24/7.
