I think the more chaos there is in the game, the higher chances Europe has. Methodical, standard league we cant beat Asian teams. Lane swapping, Tf top, pyke mid and 80 kills in 20 minutes, there is a chance for Europe. #G2win

Since G2 came to power several years ago with Perkz, NO ONE in LEC give them a REAL challenge, that's why LEC is not competitive internationally. In 2018, FNC beat G2 with the rise of the new superstar CAPs; however, G2 recruit him immediately in the following year which make them invincible in LEC in the following 2 years. In 2021, G2 got beat by MAD throughout the year, that's only because G2's player was getting weaker by themselves due to the lack of training(e.g. Wunder play wow), the whole region's competition wasn't getting fierce. 2022 is a failure for G2, they tried using rookies such as flakked and targamas, got 0:3 by rogue in the final, but the whole region isn't getting stronger. G2's bottom line is being the 1st place in LEC, they will make changes immediately if they end up being 2nd or worse. The sad thing of LEC is there are no other teams who are able or willing to give G2 a long term rivalry, no teams have the ambition to replace G2 with themselves. Even if next year, assuming Kcorp beat G2 with the rise of Caliste, G2 will recurit him immediately in the year after. LEC already have a "T1" which is G2, now we are waiting for the "GenG" to come.

You don't have to be lck fanboy to acknowledge the bad quality of LEC this year. It's not about flaming that other regions are better but to better our own region to be competitive and playing to the teams full potentials. The first 2 games especially we're really low quality, and the whole series was far from clean. At least we know G2 can perform way better than this.

I don't understand. Did y'all watch the series? G2 absolutely obliterated Fnatic, mechanically, in the teamfights, everywhere. Yes they were way too cocky and especially hans in the last game made big mistakes, but they outplayed all the time een in losing positions. And for anyone who actually watches LEC, we aready know G2 can absolutely play macro and objectives clean. This series was just too easy for G2, they didn't even have to focus that much.

this was such a depressing series. there is no rookie excuse for G2 here. FNC looked reall bad but G2 weren't far from it at all. this really is worse than NA. I expected more coming from the finals but it was a straight up clown fiesta. non-stop fighting and non-stop throws/misplays coming from both teams. I am noteven going to talk about the early games. it is very embarrasing if this is what we'll see at MSI

Is it really? I'm in game 3 of that series so far and I've already seen 4 big objectives getting 50/50'd and all of them stolen. I've seen people literally get caught shopping during their recall. Supports face-checking dark enemy jungles. ADs not flashing normal, flashless Azir shuffles. Mid's TPing to outer turrets into 3 enemies to get 1v3 dove. I think if you look at the micro, LCK does look faster and more snappy. But it's certainly not with considerably less mistakes than this final, if we take off our "LCK is so superior"-glasses.
