+John Jayson No I didn't. I took it to a local shop. Basically I wanted more loudness.. Ha.. I was going to just go straight back with the tail pipes, but decided to cross it to make it look more intimidating in the rear. Check out my IG for a picture of how it looks

I first saw this video and wondered why he cut off the muffler because I thought it was loud enough, now I have the same setup besides it being art pipes (ebay non resonated test pipes) and it is soooo quiet with invidia Gemini true dual I NOW NEED TO DO THAT MUFFLER DELETE

Hey man I have the same setup when you had your g35 coupe the Gemini paired up with the art pipes. I was thinking about deleting the muffler off too but would it sound just like an ordinary stock straight piped exhaust?

Idk if this will make it deeper but I would say the main difference between the Gemini and other exhaust would be that it doesn’t use a y-pipe instead it’s two pipes that go straight back and it has a x-pipe.

Brandon Willey Not sure, usually those cheaper exhaust on eBay doesn't have good quality. I'd recommend saving and buying something with good quality and that's how you'll get a good sound

Hovan Vang thanks man ill probably just do that but i am really just going for performance i don't care how loud it gets it how smooth it sounds and after exhaust and headers im getting a tune either way just figured might save money for the tune by buying not the cheapest exhaust on ebay but the mid price range but love the setup👌

Any drone since losing the muffler? How drastic was the overall volume difference?

Bit of drone around 3k rpm but is expected.. I'd say it's about 3x's louder than the original Invidia exhaust.
