when swapping in the new module , was any type of reprogramming necessary?

I know there is a reset you have to do when you replace the vvel sensors, but for the module am not sure, when my tuner pulled it out and checked it and put it back I don't think he did any reprogramming but ye am not sure, you have to remove the battery so I thought with the battery out you should be good but ye am not sure I swap mine out my car still goes into limp mode but am thinking its fuel related now

yea bro i was reading around online and shit, that whenever you removed/replaced the vvel module, or vvel actuator sub assembly is removed/replaced you have got to do these relearns. i have code p1608 and i ordered the module already cause my mechanic had already inspected the actuator motors everything was fine an all that so with that being said ima do all the relearns and that myself after swapping in the new one when it arrives soon i hope ! hope all goes well with your G brother man 🤝🏽

Yo brother what codes did you have and did this fix your problem?? I have code p1606 my car goes into limp mode after driving for some time. Im gonna buy a module but then I see people on the internet who say the replaced the module but didn’t fix the code any feed back would help man🙏

The code I got was p1089 Vvel pos sensor bank 1 and it was my sensor was out of range my tuner fix the sensor but it was still doing it, then he was getting a module code now so I bought a module swap it out, but I am still experiencing the same problem so now I think it’s a fuel issue so I ordered a fuel pump once I get it I’ll try that and see but ye so far my car still going into limp mode etc

I did get a new upgraded oil pump when the motor got built but am not sure about the fuel pump am look in to it, that can probably explain the jerking thing its doing maybe the pump is bad, am run it by my tuner , thanks
