By todays standards I'd say this is a fair and exciting finals match up. Back then I just hated the Big 3 of Miami, now I don't know what I was complaining about anymore. - Compared to the GSW Miami games this was pretty suspenseful.

30th in rebounding. No shot blocker. No size in the paint. They weren't perfect at all areas. They just played perfectly. You never could exploit their weakness (post play) because there was an onslaught of perimeter Pressure and switching. And they would blitz you on offense.

This series came down to veteran depth. Heat had Mike Miller and Shane Battier who knew their roles and were on the last leg of their career. In this series I feel like if OKC had that veteran depth this series could have gone to the distance. Not saying they would win but experience plays such a HUGE role. Russ, KD, Beard & Ibaka were all so young.

Lmao blasphemy. Harden and Westbrook both need the ball in their hands to be effective. That’s why Harden came off the bench. Curry can play off ball, as can Klay who is one of the best perimeter defenders in the league as well. And Draymond is better than Serge in every way imaginable. There’s a reason GSW has dominated for 4 years in a row. And this is coming from a Heat fan

How easy it is to forget that OKC was a super team, all drafted but nonetheless a super team. Lack of leadership, perhaps from KD or the front office made it hard for that team to stay together. That OKC team was, at the minimum, a three-chip team under a more efficient leadership/management.

God Damn that OKC "team" was f**king good. They are the 3rd best NBA team ever assembled. (Behind a 90's and 70/80's team). They were better than these Miami Heat. So why didn't they win? They did not have quality team relationships with one another. They struggled to share that spotlight both on and off the court. You had 4 guys, roughly the same age, same skill level, same background, same "star" status. Salary disputes. No body wanted to be the "Scottie Pippen". These okc teammates were actually competing against each other, rather than the other team as a whole. This team could have won 4 championships, if they just did things as a team

the game were 3 superstars from miami connecting and smashing on the other 3 superstars from OKC. honestly this OKC team is better than the warriors today. ( durant, harden, westbrook, ibaka and fisher ) against the big 3. Sadly this is the last team ive seen such a trio became unstoppable after the tag of RED ALERT ( jordan, pippen and rodman ) ends. 😔😔
