Same here man, same here. I just love the increase in pace and the beauty of the 2nd half. It feels like you are cozy in a space ship admiring the galaxy.

Of all the songs on this track list I think the crown of favourite new tracks go to Unstable Molecule which really ramps up in what I consider to be a very FlyByNo way and its cousin Forgotten Moon which reminds me of the blade runner score. I can definitely see myself nodding along and taking actions in game faster to either of these great tracks.

When the classical guitars come in at 35:43 on "Unstable Molecule" it's like "Classical Gas" but IN SPAAAACE! (actually much better than that comparison makes it sound! Bravo!)

What made me first listen to Endless Space 2 OST were the choirs of the United Empire in the game. What makes me listen to it over and over again is the Lost Symphony OST. I think it's by far the most beautiful OST of any game made so far: perfect for work, reading, slow paced games, a chill evening with friends. I have this OST ready with me at all times. Thank you FlyByNo.

Forgotten moon and Unstable Molecule! It's... very inspirational - for me, at least. First is calm and merely melancholic, motivate to thought about eternity. Second confused me: vibes of stings made a feel of Endless Legend, it was strange to associate Molecule with Endless Space 2. But with this it also makes some... magic. For some moments - literally. And Vaulters Theme. Cosmic mead for my ears.

I haven't played thee game yet. and I hope that sometime I'll make time to play it because of how insanely beautiful this all sounds. I've written down what came to my head for the tracks that stood out to me the most. "Boltzmann Brains" This track gives me a spine tingling sensation of the unknown, it gives off a feeling of exploration being risky but worthwhile so more of a feeling you get from a person gushing about how cool the wider region of space is. A sort of naive feeling of outer space, that it's full of mysteries waiting to be explored. "Light Curve" Starts off with a very isolated simple sound that sounds like mic static, or a beacon that's been going on for so long. Once more part of the song build up and more other worldly elements get introduced, the empty space starts feeling more lively. But then the song almost pulls back and you're left with a sense of isolation, all this liveliness is there, but clearly in its own corner of space, unlikely to be heard from the loud silence of space itself. When the song seems to be getting to its apex, it feels like it's understanding its situation and is thriving in its own isolation. You start to feel hopeful as the track gets more complicated. "Lost Cities" Starts off with much heavier sounds, bassy drums, like the sound of a tribal beat. It makes you feel a little bit on edge like that anticipation of exploring a dark forest. Then when the bass comes, and the electric harp (sounds like a guitar) i get the image of flying through a vast ruin of a space city just floating in the vacuum of space. You don't know what dregs of society are lurking there, scavenging, selling, but you know there is at least some kind of life surviving off the corpse of a dead city. Lawless, and on edge is the word to describe it. "Unstable Molecule" This feels like you're walking on the edge of a large precipice, that being science, and with the unknown bellow and above you. You feel anticipation and excited about untold possibilities of something previous that you have in your hand. Once the harp gets more complicated your own heart starts beating fast with all sorts of emotion like worry, wonderment, concern, seriousness. But you start to think that maybe you should leave whatever decision to fate, maybe whatever happens was meant to happen anyways.

The art in this game is... just... the only I want to do as a fan is details for 4x. It is not easy, and communities are handling this issue. However, every when I play a new game from Amplitude, I feel like.... the game is so broken that the game does not prefer jack of all traits factions. Thought, their music and art is incredible.
