@@CruiseRadio we went on the 4 day cruise on, freedom of the seas, last month , this ship felt like its becoming dated , and neglected on particular details . this was also my first cruise . Rooms - Blankets on the bed had someones make up on them, Not our make up as it was colours we do not use . i actually wonder if i was sleeping in someones used blankets !! other part of the bed has ..some stains ..hopefully more makeup . . couch- had some stainage .. I feel they don't ever use a handheld wet-vac ..ever . carpet - there were dark old stains , CRUMBS . they dont vacuum it in between guests,I guess Chair- had a chocolate stain on it .. on the back .weird. toilet - smelt like OLD URINE . Shower -had black mold in spots the dishware in the food locations , you have to go through.. mugs would have old coffee rings in most, cups just looked dirty - at one point we didn't know some lipstick was on one ... and it was drank out out before noticed ... the pool tables in the bar were beyond fucked , dive bars have better kept pool tables all around horrible time i also could go on about the "guest service desk" and their poor customer service skills . long story short, drink packages were bought , but their system messed up the "sea pass cards", so since day one , and then 2 days in , were wasted and also 1000+dollars!! they said, they will "CREDIT OUR NEXT CRUISE" .(wut lol) Not even dumb restaurant vouchers offered for wasted time and MONEY on their mistakes ! it was a joke , (at one point they had to take us to back offices so the other guests could watch . lol ) , in the end they fixed the packages...but the time was gone.. and all we got were pretend sorrys . pool - is way to small for that many peoples feet to be in .we didn't go in it , none of the group was attracted to this situation . needless to say i took a bunch of photos of the dirty old boat . i didn't have fun on the floating building , stuck with the same people . i like resorts and beach access and the ability to go to towns , but thats me i guess lol . again this ship is looking/becoming dated , this ship should be sold to margaritaville i could keep going but.. yeah RC , is over rated . resorts only . lol i did make some nice/fun memories , but no to cruise ship style vacations for us . thanks for reading lol

It’s definitely a rare case. She was out of service for a while. No excuse tho. Especially a when they paid 6,5 million euro for the week.
