So today in this recipe video I am sharing delightful divine Churma Ladoo recipe | चुरमा लड्डू रेसीपी | ચુરમાના લાડુની રેસીપી. This is one of the most preferred Indian Sweet and loved across India.
In this video, I'll guide you through the authentic recipe, ensuring you create the traditional Gujarati Churma Ladoo just the way it's meant to be. These ladoos hold a special place in Gujarati culture, enjoyed during the festive occasion of "Ganesh Chaturthi" in honor of Lord Ganesha.
Churma is a sweet delight from Rajasthan and the neighboring state of Gujarat. It's made basically from jaggery, ghee (clarified butter), and coarsely ground whole wheat flour. I have added here some dry fruits and poppy seeds (khaskhas), Nutmeg and Cardamom for extra flavours and taste. The close proximity of Gujarat and Rajasthan reflects in their shared culinary traditions and cultural similarities. This is beautifully exemplified by Churma, a Rajasthan specialty and Churma Ladoo, a Gujarat specialty.

Rava with fine Wheat Flour can be used
2 tsp Oil (तेल)
Water from Half cup (पानी)
½ cup Pure Ghee (शुध्ध घी)
Chopped Cashews (काजू)
Raisins (किशमिश)
½ Nutmeg & 5 Cardamoms (Crushed)
पीसी हुई ५ इलाइची और आधा जायफल
½ cup Jaggery (गुड)
