સામગ્રી😋:
લીલી તુવેર: 1 કપ
તેલ: 3 ચમચી
સરસવના દાણા: 1/2 ચમચી
જીરું: 1/2 ચમચી
હિંગઃ 1/4 ચમચી
લીમડી: 5-6 નંગ.
આદુ લસણ મરચાની પેસ્ટઃ 1 ચમચી
ડુંગળી: 2 નંગ.
હળદર પાવડર: 1/2 ચમચી
લાલ મરચું પાવડર: 1 ચમચી
ધનિયા જીરા પાવડર: 1/2 ચમચી
બેસન: 1 ચમચી
ટોમેટો પ્યુરી: 1 કપ
પાણી: 1 1/2 કપ (કુલ)
સ્વાદ મુજબ મીઠું*
ગરમ મસાલો: 1 ચમચી
તાજા કોથમીર*
Ingredients:
- Green Tuver: 1 cup
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Hing: 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves: 5-6 leaves
- Ginger garlic chilli paste: 1 tbsp
- Onion: 2 onions
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Dhaniya Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp
- Besan: 1 tsp
- Tomato puree: 1 cup
- Water: 1 1/2 cups (total)
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander leaves
