Today i am sharing gujrati lost recipe Bhaidku.Bhaidku is too healthy and tasty . Bhaidku is rich with nutients and minerals .here we have used many grains which are very nutricious.and we have used vegetables also do this recipe is one pot meal ..people who are suffering from obesity,diabities,and heart problem they can eat also so friends try out this lost recipe its very easy to make
Bhaidku ingredients
1/2 cup bajri (millet)
1/2 cup sorghum(juwar)
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup rice
1/4 cup wheat
1/4 cup barley(jav)
2 tbsp ragi flour
grind in coarse flour
soak 1 cuo flour in 2 cup butter milk and 2 cup water
for temporing
2 tbsp oil/ghee
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tbsp hingn
2 tbsp peanut powder
curry leaves
2 tbsp carrot
2 tbsp green peas
2 tbsp capsicum/green chilly
coriander for garnish
