Great music. Very talented melodic hit maker. My only complaint which really is more of a critique for his success because I WANT to see him blow is I fear his image is too stereo typical and due to his skin color...not his lane...and will be rough for the culture who dominates this music group to easily accept due to his image not being in his own racially proper (white) lane. Hip hop is big on image these days more than music. So I personally feel if he cut his hair and the cliche “black people stereotypes” (grills, dreads ect.) mannerisms and presented himself as more of a normal regular white kid while still making this same music he would blow a lot sooner and bigger. If I was his manager this would be my advice because he has the music part down. Its his image the culture is not ready to accept because hes too white to be convincing people this is who he really is because its commonly accepted that black people are this way naturally where as white people have to learn this and “steal” this culture from them and imitate to try an be accepted into the culture. When in reality for him to be accepted by the rap culture he just needs to represent his inner white kid and not give off any other perception so he wont look like a culture vulture. I think his image gives mixed feelings to both sides. A lot of people dont care abt his image but just as many do. So there are groups of white and black people watching his videos wondering how a white kid or why this white kid is acting so stereo typically “hood” and its obvious where that culture was derived and learned from and it wasn’t fair skinned people who made being hood and gold grills and dreads popular in the rap game. Just saying. Change the image and GA will be more widely accepted. Even if its who you really are, if you want success in this game change it. Just my two cents. Music is great. Lets change the public perception of you a little bit and avoid the culture vulture perception, that perception causes resentment and non interest in half your fan base.
