Gaahleri Mobius 0.3 ~ Artist Opinon

Your take on the Mobius is very fair and informative. Probably the most truthful review of it yet. I purchased one and it had a few very serious problems but luckily i was able to correct them with a dremel tool and by replacing the needle and needle chucking guide tube with better parts. After this the Mobius works like a dream and sprays like angels breath, just awesome stuff. I was so impressed i bought another one and did the same mods to it and im very happy with them. They share drawerspace with my Iwata Custom Microns and Hi Lines and GSI Creos 771, instead of my Eclipses and Revolutions, if that tells you anything about the overall quality of the Mobius (after some fixing up) . I will wait a little bit to give Gaahleri time to revamp the Mobius line and hopefully get it "ready for prime time" then ill order another one. IF it arrives ready to perform without having to machine, modify, or replace parts, then ill give Gaahleri a thumbs up and ill recommend them. If the newest batch still has any issues whatsoever, then ill pretty much cross Gaahleri off my recommend list period. There's too many world class airbrushes out there for reasonable prices to go thru the hassle of "qualifying" a product and explaining the fixes needed to actually enjoy using the thing. . . I will say this about it tho. . . The Mobius's appearance DOES make every other airbrush look like a second rate tool😮. . .If only Gaahleri had these made by a quality factory in Japan or Europe, they could have rocked our world. . . .

Gaahleri has responded about the tapered trigger and the unintended spray issue and is looking at correcting this and will be sending me updated versions for review: fingers crossed!

Thank you so much for the follow up and the review. You vid is what put me over the edge to purchase the mobius. Right now I dont have the taper trigger issue. I did polish the rocker. So far so good, but I am an amateur. :) working for me.

I'm an Iwata fan for many years. And I've seen so many knock offs. As for these. Don't know, they change the look. I do like the removable cup. I will get one but we'll see.

Music is too loud. Can't hear you clearly. It looks very long. Wasted space between the cup and the needle packing. Good to see you got one with problems and not a perfect "for reviewers" version.
