Yes that’s always bothered me about using her card because someone like the family or someone trustworthy said that Brian had plenty of money himself. Correct. He was a worthless piece of ish and I’m sure he’s rotting in 🔥 .Yes I fully believe he told his parents what he had done when he got back. And they knew he was going to that reserve. Yeah Brian heard a scream alright and a splash, because he hit her with a rock and bashed her head in the creek. Then had second thoughts about it. And then finally finished her off by choking the life out of her. And this probably was not the first time he had done something like this. It just was the first time that he went all the way through with it.

The NY Post has an article saying that Brian Laundrie was well versed in surviving in the wild. If that is true, why would they be out in a pitch black National Park at night? Why would be in a creek at night? Why wouldn't he have thought to light the fire first? Why wouldn't he have known he had to get back to the van? If he couldn't see, how did he see to light the fire? If he was well versed in survival, why didn't he have a flashlight or flare? Why wouldn't he have had a back pack with a first aid kit? I have a thousand more questions. He murdered her, knew he was going to get busted, and lied trying to cover it up. His parents knew Gabby was dead. I have a thousand questions about that too. This is all BS!

As Stephen Bertelino said, Brian was extremely distraught when he left the house and Christopher said he couldn’t stop him. If he was so distraught, why wouldn’t Christopher call the police and say that Brian left and is mentally unstable. They would have went and got him and put him in some protected custody. I feel the parents knew what he did and knew what he was going to do and let him go to save him from going to jail. Most parents would rather have there son alive and in jail then dead. A more plausible scenario is that they had a fight and he throttled her before hitting her with a rock to make it fit his narrative. It takes time to strangle someone and he had plenty of opportunity to stop what he was doing. We will never know if Gabby decided to end their relationship and he got angry. Not once did he say anything to anybody except perhaps his mother, he just cleared Gabby's bank account and drove himself home in her van. Why did his parents lawyer up immediately? Why didnt they ring the police anonymously to report a murder? Now we are left with more questions than answers. I do believe that if Red White & Bethune had not seen Gabby's van then she her body would never have been found and Brian would still be living his life. I would agree to anything that gets him to meet me, and my lawyer will be there to get him in custody once I’m there. I don’t care what’s in the letter as far as help, until the help is real. I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if Brian’s parents wrote this letter with or without the attorney and placed it at the scene when Brian’s parents “magically” pulled a bag with a very intact notebook out of it. I know it was a dry bag but supposedly the bag was submerged completely. Dry bags are not necessarily air tight. They could just dribble some water on it, which is what it looks like, and tada, theres a suicide note. I would like to see handwriting comparisons from Brian and his parents. Also, the “suicide note” made several statements that I feel would not be in a suicide note, trying to make the parents look better. It was worded very strangely. It looks like multiple people came up with the letter. Which I find extremely compelling now that we have some indication there are multiple potential versions of this “suicide note”. They are all shady as hell and nothing that involves them can be trusted, EVER. We are in the twilight zone at this point. It is insane. The laundries are very disturbed individuals and they raised a very disturbed and narcissistic monster that went on to take an innocent life. He murdered her with his bare hands. We need to see justice in this case. I hope you never stop reporting this case. There is so much more we do not know yet. But we are in the times of the internet and social media. In my eyes, he left this note to save his reputation for his parents expense. He didn’t want his parents to think he was raised as a monster and he didn’t want his parents to have to deal with the BS that he created. Unfortunately, his actions show that this letter is completely Bull. The fight in Moab, the fact he left her body, used her card, pretended to be her in a text message. Anyone that loves someone, would do anything to help them survive. She wasn’t a cancer patient on her death bed asking for someone to pull the plug, she was a healthy young woman with an “injury” as he says - that would of been able to get help at the hospital if he drove her there. Her legs weren’t broken? So why not help her walk to the car. Unbelievable how selfish he is to even try to sound like a hero in his death. Narcissist.

His "story" reads like a movie script - with the camera focused 99% on him - just ONE brief sentence obliquely says that he murders Gabby, as if it took 2 seconds - no mention of how he did it - as the coroner described, looking into her eyes while he tightened his hands around her neck, for minutes, until she stopped breathing, died, and then he stands up and leaves her there on that beach. Who does NOT call 911, NOT yell for help, in an actual accidental situation??? NOT CREDIBLE that this is what actually happened.

I think bl wrote the letter but I think his mother dictated it when bl was still at her house! Then he took it to the reserve. I don’t even think he planned to suicide. I think Roberta instructed him to write this, leave it in the reserve .. I think none of the dirtylaundries expected the water to be overwhelming high when he went for a “ hike”. But after he didn’t return home or wherever his parents were suppose to meet him ie at the mustang his parents went into manage control.

I still say his mom wrote these pages!! Also I can't believe that all of the officer's K-9's and every FBI agents looking, for all of those hours and could not find anything. But, then Brian's parent's walk in and "find everything" in short time???? I don't believe they should have been even able to cross the yellow tape. And JB... instead of 95% for us not believing the story I don't believe it either so you can make that 96% because, I wasn't available to watch this live.

I agree 💯 with you on the mother writing those pages of notebook...but I'm gonna even go further & say I believe that his parents or just his father maybe shot him & left him there with his backpack(s)...I think this because they were able to take police straight to his remains the day they were discovered so quickly...also I think this because it got to a point they weren't going to be able to get him out of his mess or get him out of the country & also maybe realized that they would also be implicated criminally on some charges as well...I just don't believe he killed himself because I'm a survivor of DV & most abusers & killers are narcissistic & DO NOT kill themselves!!!!! I also follow true crime stories & a majority of the time, the people that have killed someone or multiple people, they don't kill themselves!!!! They keep running until they are finally caught...I can't believe the FBI is not considering this scenario at all!!!! Especially when his mother went to the park & got the Mustang & brought it back home & they mistook her for Brian...they've completely screwed this entire case up OR they've gotten some kind of deal worked out for themselves through their attorney imo....
@pamelafrye46672 жыл бұрын
Also the parents NEVER seemed all that upset over his death as if they had already known & dealt with it...so that's another reason for my thinking on them having something to do with his death...

the reason the K9s didn't find Brian's body in reserve is because authorities weren't looking in that area due to the flooding that was happening. Once the flood waters went down, THEN that area was searched and the body was found immediately.
@DrSimpleBeauty2 жыл бұрын
@@Fenway.Fanatic how many days would you say it took between informing the authorities of that area (since parents knew where it was) and the waters receding?
@Fenway.Fanatic2 жыл бұрын

Having personally escaped an abusive relationship, I know for a fact that the parents of the abuser will stand by their child and help in cover-ups. It does not surprise me that Brian’s parents acted this way. They raised the monster and enabled his shoddy morality and actions. They will hurt other people to protect him. They will hurt the victim and the victims family to protect their pathetic little crotch goblin. I have no sympathy for Brian’s parents and I hope they pay, and pay hard.

One thing from this story I could see being true is that she didn't want him to leave when she was hurt...not necessarily because the fire might go out but because she thought he wouldn't come back for her. If I was hurt in the middle of nowhere in the dark I'd be scared they'd leave and not be able to find me again. And didn't Brian threaten to take her van and leave her all alone earlier in their trip? She was terrified of him leaving.

He was threatening to do that in the Moab argument.He jumped in the van whilst they were arguing and she had to climb through the side window because he'd locked her out. They argued all the way till the Police pulled them over!!! There is nothing more terrifying than being left with no money,no clothes,no belongings and nowhere to stay...all on your own with no friends or family to fall back on and no vehicle.He knew that that terrified her...b..t.rd !!!

Unless, he got some help on his little trip away with his mom & family, her thinking that he was going to escape, and then he altered it to make it a suicide note later, when he decided to commit S.
@LetItBeSummer-12 жыл бұрын
But then the “burn after you read this” thing comes into play and I can’t figure out how that fits into what happened yet. Maybe she sent him Something she wrote to use, not thinking that he was actually going to kill himself. He used her words like I said before, altered it and then burned it as she told him to.

1) The moon was 75% full when she died. It wasn’t pitch black out. 2) The low was 39° on the 27th. The low was 33° on the 28th. The description of the weather in his letter makes me lean toward 28th as the night she was killed. Then he flees to distance himself, taking the 5.8 mile trek to Colter Bay. Maybe he initially planned to use it as an alibi, “find” her dead when he returned, and then call the police? He hitchhikes back in the morning (which would be the 29th, when Norma Jean Jalovec gave him a ride).
@ScienceisRadAF2 жыл бұрын
Maybe once he got back he realized there was no way he could get away with her murder, so he decided then he was going to go home to say goodbye to his family and then kill himself. Or, he talked to his mom during his return to Spread Creek and they advised him his plan to pretend to be surprised was bad, and to just return home and they’d help him sort it out.
@fernandaolivares79262 жыл бұрын
That is exaclty what I think, I think he planned to "find her dead" as an alibi, maybe half eaten my some animal, but when he came back she was intact and no one around he decided to make a run for it. There is something else, he said they were coming back to the car around sundown when it all happened, but Gabby was seen alive on the 27th at the Merry Piglets around 2pm and the Batoons saw the van and someone closing the door (book, flash light and sandals next to it) around 6/6:30pm that same day... Nicole got the " Stan" text at 4:18pm... So if there was someone at the van at 6-6:30 How were Gabby and Brian crossing the creek towards the car just a couple of hours later (do you know at what time the sun went down that day?) with Brian not knowing the car was right in front of them? I think they were setting the camp fact he lied about to make it sound like he was disoriented about where they were. If Brian sent the Stan text that would mean Gabby was dead by 4:18pm and he was at the van when the Batoons passed. If Gabby sent the text maybe it was because Stan kept calling in the middle of the fight back from the Merry Piglets, she wrote her mom in an upset state similar to the Mohab police stop hence calling the grandfather "Stan", they were setting up the camp while they had light left around the time the Batoons passed and she was killed later that night at the camp site..... I don't understand how camping works, would someone leave their camp and go have lunch to the Merry Piglets or does a camper never leave their camp unattended? Because I have the feeling the camp was set where they found her or they were setting it after the Merry Piglets, that is the only explanation why Gabby would be found on the other side of the creek and why the spot was perfect to set camp...no way he found that spot in the dark night with an injured freezing person on tow.
@fernandaolivares79262 жыл бұрын
Also the Petitos say Bertolino was contacted by the Laundries on the 28th. What is odd is they also changed the camping reservation in Florida for 3 people and if memory serves me they they took a day off the reservation. I mean if he called them, told them something bad enough that prompted them to call their Lawyer, why would go ahead with camping plans? It is all very confusing. I hope the trial happens and we get to see all the evidence and timeline of events.

@traciemcdaniel36602 жыл бұрын
IMO BL described how he killed Gabby. She ran from him with no shoes on. They fought. She fell in the water when the blunt force happened. She was screaming for him to stop. He probably left her laying in the water for a while. Then might have tried to carry her to the van, but he was weak. He left her there. The "spooning" is bologna. He might have made a fire so he could see to put the rocks there. He might have done it to make it appear his story made sense. Sorry, Brian, we know you now. You are not that smart. You cared about no one, but yourself. You think people believed your insanity. I think you were mad that Gabby had more followers & she was so much better than you at everything. Look what jealousy does. Coward.

I think the exact same thing!
@pamelafrye46672 жыл бұрын
I agree with you on all of that as well!!! But I also don't believe that BL killed himself...I believe that his parents are behind his death...IMO once they realized they couldn't get him out of his mess he made & couldn't get him out of the country, they went out there under the guise to help him hide & shot him...I think this for a few reasons...1) I think they were worried they would face some criminal charges as well once he was taken into custody..2) They took police straight to his remains the day they were found..3) I believe his mother wrote a majority of the notebook if not all of it..4) They have NEVER seemed all that upset over his death so it seems to me they had already made peace with it & dealt with it..5) I'm a survivor of DV & an abuser or killer is a narcissist & they DO NOT kill themselves!!!! It breaks my heart for Gabby's parents & loved ones that the Florida police & FBI screwed this up soooo badly from the get go because had they done their job correctly, there could have been TRUE JUSTICE for Gabby with him sitting behind bars & maybe getting more TRUTHFUL answers to what REALLY happened!!!!

I don’t believe anything in this notebook. It asks more questions then answers like Gabby’s body was found 700/1000 meters from the van, the creek only had ankle deep water in it, they had camped on the area, Gabby was so thin her body didn’t weigh much and he could if having trouble carried her on his back, the phone’s were working because he used them after, there we’re people camping close by and he could have gotten help, he could have gone to the van for clothes and blankets, but worse then anything he didn’t get help as so as daylight came but just drove off and made text messages from her to family and why didn’t he just let her fall asleep because strangling someone take’s a long time and a lot of energy that could have been used to get to the car. Nothing adds up.
