Awe Laila Lockhart Kraner is so sweet in this interview. My kids got Gabby's Sleepover Party book for Christmas, and now it's spiraled into the world of Gabby's Dollhouse. My son is 2.5 and my daughter is 5.5 and they both love the show. It's all Gabby, all the time! Pillow Cat is their favorite kitty, and my daughter is asking me for the doll house too.

Sparkle rainbow + persistent problem solving + helping friends One way to get girls interested in engineering and problem solving is to present it in a narrative and as a means to help friends. The show is soooo good for kids. Even mischievous catrat isn’t ostracized but they work with him and set heathy boundaries when he acts up.

We got the ears for my daughter for Christmas just before she turned 2. We also got her a stuffed Pandy. When she sang the song and pinched her ears, she looked at me like "...Excuse me? Everyone is on here saying how their daughters love this show but I’m just here to say that my son absolutely loves it too and we got him that dollhouse playset, which he also loves.

And the show was just renewed for 40+ more episodes (to episode 100, guaranteeing new content until 2025). But will Laila Lockhart Kraner last that long? She's already 15 (going on 16 in 2024). Last thing the show needs is a repeat of what happened on Blue's Clues(which Traci Page Johnson did as well) with Steven Burns departing due to his concerns about his aging while the show was still going. The show recently lost Tucker Chandler (Pandy Paws) to puberty and he was replaced with Logan Bailey starting with the Christmas Cruise episode and the upcoming 9th series(NOT seasons because Netflix releases them in 6-7 episode batches every few months) in Q1 2024.

Why even bring up race? My blond haired blue eyed 5 year old says she looks like Gabby because she dresses like Gabby and thats all you need to know about children. My older red headed daughter picked out a black babydoll when she was 3 because “she was the most beautiful baby I’ve ever seen.” Adults are the ones that make race an issue, not kids.
