Great video! Gabby, take Sherri's advice and you'll be alright! I was blessed to be a stay at home mom once I married and started our family. I had one child, but his interests were many so we were veery busy. I loved every minute of being home with him, I even got to home school him for a year and a half. He went away for high school and now he's in college. The years will go by quick, so enjoy every minute!

I’m a profesional nanny…… your babies know who their mommy is and they never forget. Trusted Nannie’s also know how important mommy’s & daddy’s are for them. No nanny believe or wants to take your child, we provide a service and we take a serious temp role. FYI: Be mindful with having your babies see you coming in and out, that also can create a sense of abandonment for them. If you have a good trusted nanny, keep her! They are priceless! They take their responsibilities very seriously, at least I do. ♥️

Ummmmm... Nanny here. It actually makes it so hard when the parents stick their head in. Babies are creatures of habit. They don't like change! Because they are their protectors, the baby knows mommy, and / or daddy will always come whenever they're not happy. It doesn't mean that baby is not happy with the nanny. Please monitor the nanny! However, you do more harm than good popping in.

Gabby, I was a nanny for almost 30 years. If it will help you put up nanny cameras around the house, so you can check on your kiddos throughout the day. The babies are still young so they need to be able to bond with their nanny and transition from you to the nanny, so going in and out can be difficult for your babies and make your nanny job much harder. Sherri is correct as difficult as it may be for you, you want your children to bond with their nanny,but please understand know one ranks higher then momma. In almost thirty years I never had a child want me over their mother.Get out of the house and enjoy your freedom!!!

Sherri guess what not everybody is the same am a nanny and my boss kids is like my kids they cry to come to me and not there parents my boss say when her kids are with me she don't even worry about them because she know they are in good care she tell her friends she get the best nanny in the country.
