Michael Pirson, Ph.D, and Sophia Town, Ph.D. on Leadership and Human Flourishing

Professor and Area Chair of the Leading People and Organizations Area (LPO), Michael Pirson, Ph.D., who also serves as the James A.F. Stoner Endowed Chair in Global Sustainability; and Assistant Professor, Sophia Town, Ph.D.,-both of the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business-discuss their fascinating research on human flourishing and love in the organization. Other members of the LPO Area, including, Ayse Yemiscigil, Ph.D.; John Hollwitz, Ph.D.; and Julita Haber, Ph.D., also are involved with this initiative. In Fall 2022, as part of the work in which they are engaged, the group began a research collaboration with The Human Flourishing Project at Harvard University. The research is being funded by a three-year grant from the John Templeton Foundation.
