I have watched a lot of reactions but so far your channel is my favorite. You usually wait until song is finished before reacting. A lot of others play 10 sec or 20 sec. U cannot enjoy the song! So plz continue ur reactions just as they are. You are great!!!!

@@SamdraJohnson thank you for your kind words. To be honest, I don't usually wait to give my commentary and that's not how I make my videos. There is a very good reason for this. You are not supposed to get the same listening experience/pleasure from these videos. If we don't stop the video regularly then our reactions to not qualify as 'fair use' for copyrighted material and we risk having hours of hard work wasted thanks to the video getting blocked. Even worse, we can get copyright strikes. 3 of those and you lose your whole channel and all the videos on it. Reactions are for when you want to hear what someone has to say about the song. If you want to enjoy the song then that's when you just go and watch the original and support the artist. We can't provide both because when our videos become a substitute for the original (no pauses) then we get in trouble. I hope that clears things up.

Charlie, spot on comments and reaction. This is just insane. It's hard to choose his best covers because there are so many that are so brilliant. He is such a rare talent. Regardless of how he finishes on AGT, his career path to being a global icon is set. Also I have been told that learning how to whistle is extremely difficult and obviously genetics play a large part being able to do it let alone mastering it. Voice coaches have said that if you do master it, it's like taking a breather from belting. Gabriel has obviously more than mastered it. He uses it in stunning fashion, but it's like he's taking a little breather in the song before he gets after it again. Amazing cover!!!❤

In the event you aren't aware, Gabe has recorded three performances with Maximus Records (Brazil), all in his native Portuguese. His latest was just released Friday (9-10-21) and it is his first official single. Maximus is a gospel recording studio. Not sure who will sign him for his collection of covers in English, but he's established now outside of KZbin. Our boy is ready to fly. "Emotions" deserves a track on any of Gabe's future pop/R&B/ballad albums. What's phenomenal about him is that he's got the courage to take on the BIG ones with confidence because he's fearless. Sorry he intimidates you, but for those who perform there are the exceptional ones, there are all the rest, and those who can't carry a tune to save themselves. Sadly, I fall into the last category. Thanks, Charlie. Good to have you back for Gabe. Keep them coming. And don't shy away from his native covers: "Jerusalem e Eu," "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)," "Nao Pare," and "Nada Alem de Ti" - all stunningly beautiful just to hear him sing. Till next time... Hi David I have noticed that you have been Gabriel's fan like me for a while now and you are also a member of his fan club on FB. I am so happy for Gabriel that he got signed with Maximus but I really would love for him to be known worldwide. I am not so sure Gabriel wants that though since he is so devout maybe being signed with Maximus is enough for him, what do you think?

However, I'm going out on a limb and surmise that because Maximus is local it was the first to step up with an offer and backing. This studio only specializes in gospels. If Gabriel hasn't signed an exclusive contract - other than gospel recordings - and I hope he hasn't, then he's open to another studio to take him up for his pop/ballad/R&B covers. Per Tina, Jennifer Hudson recognized Gabe in a phone message. That's big. COVID has been holding him, and us, back. As this pandemic is "controlled" it is very possible that someone like Jennifer, Mariah, Celine, Bruno, etc. will pull him into their studio for his English-speaking albums. His channel contains 126 gospels and 34 English covers. The album material is there in abundance already. I believe this is a bittersweet moment that Gabe is about to fly. I say bittersweet because this KZbin community has had him all to ourselves. That certainly won't diminish with this next step on his journey, it's just that we have to share him with a much wider audience - one he so deserves. I was smitten with Gabe from the first performance I was witness to - wish I could remember which it was. What I would greatly like to see recorded are interviews with him. I want to know everything. Not as a stalker, but what makes him tick, other than performing what gives him joy, where does he see himself in ten, twenty years, what are his favorite foods, color, ... I want to see him smile more. I want to hear him laugh. I want him to be protected and safe on this journey. I would someday love to meet him. I would love to interview him. I'm taken by this community and the fan club. It's a different aspect of my life that I've never been involved in. It's very time-consuming. Hell, it's rare that I can compose a simple comment. But it's nice to connect with other like-minded individuals such as yourself, Diane. I'm open to communicating anytime. May the journey we find ourselves on with and for Gabriel be a very long one for us all. Believe in Yourself. Be You.

Your analysis pointed to an attribute that explains a lot although Gabriel's vocal register is extremely high even to a place that has usually been reserved for Mezzo-soprano and still clearly conveys to the listener masculine vocal overtones even while addressing songs from Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, including other female artists who have trained their vocal cords are comfortable in the higher phonation octaves staring at D 1174.6 Hz above D7 have the option or capacity to utilize whistle notes. usually, males can't, and currently, I only know of two Dimash and Gabriel Henrique who can perform these vocal gymnastics
