Talvez já disseram isso, mas pra deixar claro, devo salientar que o Gabriel não faz nenhum cover pra parecer e nem superar ninguém. E ele não imita os artistas, é que ele tem a capacidade de fazer tão bem quanto eles, então ele simplesmente faz, porque não? e como se trata de um cover, é obvio que vai lembrar a versão original. Geralmente ele canta essas músicas respeitando as características originais adicionando, aos poucos, seus próprios traços sobre elas. Vale citar também que a própria Jennifer Hudson o elogiou nas redes sociais por essa performance, ela o introduziu para o Simon Cowell do American Got Talent´s dai surgiu os convites para a participação do qual o Gabriel educadamente rejeitou na primeira vez em 2022 justamente porque não é fluente em inglês, ela também o convidou para uma pequena entrevista em seu programa e disse que é uma fã... Quando eu ouço algum estrangeiro cantando eu português, principalmente alguém que não é fluente, a primeira coisa que penso é: Que fofo! Na verdade, os brasileiros em geral pensam o mesmo e muitos até preferem assim. Parece que é cultural de algumas línguas serem extremamente exigentes quanto aos sotaques que nem levam em conta o quão difícil pode ser. Eu não consigo nem me imaginar cantando uma música em outra língua sem que o sotaque esteja lá então eu me coloco no lugar de quem simplesmente faz e o respeito por isso.

Gabriel is gonna be preforming at the Andrew Mellon auditorium next to the white house on the 20th for Romania 20 year celebration in NATO, I have family in DC and so bummed I can’t go!
