I think it's IBS for me, when the bowel and what not flares up. Its absolutely awful lol. Honestly, we do suffer 🥺🤣 bum pain, haha what next! I hope you're OK? Xxx

Heya Gabbi, new sub 😊 love how you keep it real darlin. Take care of yourself. Rest when you need to. I’ve had sciatica every year for the past 4 years (usually in winter) thanks to my overdoing it in my cleaning business. It’s totally debilitating 😩 you can’t walk, sit or lie down without being dosed up. My surgeon wants me to have an operation if it flares up again this coming winter (Australia). Hoping I’ve been careful enough this year to not overdo it and dodge the surgery bullet. The hot poker feeling up the bum is probably as a result of IBS? My daughter has IBS and has mentioned this a couple of times.

My husband suffers from fybromyalgia and totally understand your pain. Can I suggest using bleach to clean your kitchen sink, wear gloves and give it a go with your new stick brush from sainsbury's. Sometimes the pain is endometriosis, I get it at some points in my cycle but have no other symptoms. You are an absolute whizz cleaning up, it’s never ending & you just get on with it all the while looking beautiful!!

It was the two of laugh that someone does when they’re gobsmacked & what the other person has said, like a short burst laugh, the one you do when you can’t believe what someone’s just said to you. It’s because recently my eldest has been wanting to stay with me & I’ve not forced her, but this time because I was so tired I was saying to my little boy that he should really go & he can stay with mummy next weekend. When I said I was so so tired & need to sleep they both did that laugh & then proceeded to quote me in a sarcastic way on things I’ve said in the past about my daughter not having to go if she doesn’t want to. The gf said “so it’s perfectly fine when Ori (my eldest) doesn’t want to go, but different for Ezra!” (My youngest) & proceeded to tell me how it wasn’t fare etc & she said it in such a stressed, firm almost agressive manner towards me! I was in he kitchen at the time & they were at the front door so I couldn’t see them thankfully, so when she started mouthing her gin off I just turned the kitchen hen tap up loud waiting for the hot water to come through & completely ignored her. It really upset me & I had a full blown ugly cry because I was so so tired, just wanted some quiet time & because of the way she spoke to me 😢

There is a special pre paint/white primer that will fix the downstairs loo primer, it's for water marks. It will stop marks coning through when you paint over it. I'd put a dehumidifier in the room for a few days first to help draw out any extra moisture in walls and ceiling. Hope this helps❤

Ooo little cleaning tip (you may no already) but when you have cleaned your kitchen, pop a capful of Zoflora in your sink with boiling kettle water, steams your kitchen with the scent & makes the whole house smell amazing!!! I do it in my bathroom after I’ve cleaned it also. Same with the bin, clean the bin out fold some kitchen towel over a couple of times & pop a capful on it, bin bag in, & boom! You’ve got an amazing smelling bin even when there’s food in there….obviously depending on what you cook 😂

Ooh I love a steam mop so satisfying, I wish the floor stayed shiny forever though but I love knowing that the germs have all died 😂 I haven't found the astonish carpet vac stuff anywhere, I use the glade one. That astonish hob cleaner is amazing & it was £1 from b& m when I got it. It lasts ages so it’s probably gone up now. It’s in an orange bottle with a blue lid. Home bargains may have it or Poundland but I def got mine from b&m. Hope you find it ❤❤xxx oh not the same one but give it a try xxx

Try a little tart wax burner instead of a candle. I prefer those. U get a better scent and no smokey marks on the walls. Or a reed diffuser. A nice smelling car air freshener works well in a small room. Cheap n cheerful! :)

Hey, I think I've had the bum thing a few times - the worst one was donkeys years ago and I was on a packed bus at the time 🤣I think it was really close to the time of my period and maybe some trapped wind together joining forces? I know exactly what you mean about carpet freshener, most of them are minging. I did find one once in the £ shop, don't think it was Astonish unless it's been re-packaged. It was in a pink container - never seen it again since though? If you do track down your Rhododendron, they need a lot of water to get the flowers really going, but dislike being waterlogged. No pleasing them is there 😁

Rhododendron like shade or partially shade and Miracle grow every now and then. Azalea’s like the same conditions. I live across the pond we usually get a 1 year guarantee just keep our recipes and dig up the plant to prove your telling the truth. We have a mountain that is full of rhododendrons that bloom every spring. It is beautiful. Both bloom in the spring and keep green foliage year round.

The only thing with the powder rug stuff is that it clogs your vacuum's air filter....so you have to wash that regularly or else your vacuum won't have good suction...at least thats what ive come across here in the U.S🤷‍♀️ maybe your rug powders in the UK arent so "heavy"
