Most addicts were decent, intelligent and coherent once. Your brain doesn't get fried overnight. And it also depends a lot on the phase they are in before or after use. If Juan found her half an hour earlier or later he might have found a completely different person. It also depends a lot on how pure the last pills were that she used. They often are contaminated with who knows what, and that can make a person look, act and talk completely different. It's very hard to tell from these videos what a person really is like.

She needs to heal before she can go home. These people can't heal themselves. They need medicated detox in a specialised facility. 'Don't try this at home'. You just can't do this by yourself. Letting her detox cold turkey might kill her. But it's alright, she wouldn't go anyway. The addiction doesn't allow her to go anywhere where the drug is not readily available.

So heartbreaking...she had to endure the outrage of some parents, friends, teachers and peers by being pregnant at an early age...the looks and stares... bullying etc...shes in and out of abusive relationships...the young lady is broken 💔 May God bless her and open doors for her to succeed and leave that life of pain behind so she can stop using...I pray she finds Jesus in all that pain and let him love her and put her back together piece by piece...May she have peace that surpasses all understanding you can only get from Him ❤

Just so people understand the percapita question he was asking her. She's right. Not all tribes will get a percap. Each tribal nation within a state that is federally recognized is considered a sovereign nation within its own. Each tribe determines if their people will receive any payouts based on the tribes revenue collected from land. Some tribes do not have sustainable resources to acquire monetary amounts for the people. Some nations are very rich in resources from the land. Each tribe is different. Unfortunately she don't get a percap but probably does qualify for other helpful resources such as medical insurance and whatever else her tribe may offer. She's such a sweet soul and very coherent. I pray she gets help and uses this to her advantage to help strengthen future generations who also were victims of sexual abuse resulting in pregnancy.
