One of my favorite episodes, the best one at showing how strong Gabrielle was emotionally and how vulnerable Xena was when it came to her and the possibility of losing her. No other episode was as good as this one at showing Gabrielle and Xena's bond and how much they meant to each other. That scene of Gabby waking after her nightmare still gets to me, wore out my tape replaying it, just beautiful.

I think the Ides Of March episode showed their powerfully passionate bond between Xena and Gabrielle because Xena rescued Gabrielle and Callisto paralysed Xena with the chakram and Gabrielle killed Caesar’s army to show her deceleration of love to Xena and Gabrielle broke her own pathway and they gazed at each other while being crucified

The strength of bond between Xena and Gabrielle runs so deep. The fact that Gabrielle is willing to take the bait for the greater good is tear jerking. All of this just fires you up to want to see Xena take on a whole army in order to save the two of them.

This has to be one of the best episodes focused on Xena and Gabrielle. Top 10 i would even say top 5 and dare say Top 3 epis (of their relationship of course) I remember crying when i seen this year's ago. That part when Gabrielle caresses Xena and just stares ugh gets to me all the time. Xena kicking the Vase cause her desperation her anger. Everything in this epi just gets to you.

LOVE ❤️ . Been Xena fan since very beginning of Hercules. One Against An Army is one of my favorite episodes too. It be nice to reminisce and see the scene where Xena and Gabrielle are talking and Xena says “well if this to be our destiny, let’s see it out together. Even in death, Gabrielle-I will never leave you.” Total tear 😢 jerker moments this one is.

I have posted on other videos on the channel and in the community. But i avoided posting on this video. This episode made me cry in college. Not cause of what happening. But I had good friend. That never knew how much she changed me. She was there when i need it most my life..To Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor I say outstanding job. One of the rare moments in the show that solidifies how powerful X e na and Gabrielle's friendship really is. Even against overwhelming odds and the lurking notion of possibly losing each other, Gabrielle and X ena were willing to face death together and do the right thing instead of retreating and finding medicine while Athens was on the verge of invasion from the Persians. Man, I luv this show!!
