You should definitely grow trees in the greenhouse. They can grow around the edges of the field and don't take up any of the plot space for your plants! That way they grow fruit year round.

To check if you’ve got to pet your animals, you’ll see when you move the cursor over them, it will turn into a hand if you haven’t petted them. But if you have, then the cursor remains the same. Also, on festival days, you should see a change in the weather icon on the right top corner. It’ll turn to a confetti image.

A few more tips :) - Fruit trees can be grown around the outside edge of the greenhouse; this means that they won't take up farmable space and will produce fruit *every day* of every season, instead of just one season at a time. If you look up the greenhouse on the stardewvalleywiki, you'll see a handy placement guide :) (Also, lightning striking your fruit trees doesn't do anything harmful--it turns them in to 'coal trees' for four days, after which they return back to normal!) - Lightning rods are good no matter where you place them on the farm, but lightning storms will strike as long as you are outside. This means that you might need 10 or more rods for a full day (especially if it is bad luck). My farm has 20 or so, and sometimes I still lose crops to lightning strikes. - Fertilizer in the greenhouse is really nice, but it might not work the way you think it does. Basically, at the start of every season, any fertilizer tiles within the greenhouse are 'checked'. If the crop that is currently planted on top of them grows naturally in that season, the fertilizer will stay, otherwise it will disappear. This means that something like Ancient Fruits will keep a fertilizer for Spring, Summer and Autumn, but it will lose it in the Winter. - Kegs and Preserves jars multiply the base value of whatever crop you place in them (by the way, you can put any vegetable or any fruit in the keg, and it'll produce juice or wine accordingly.) This means that crop quality doesn't actually matter when you're producing artisan goods, so speed grow is a better purchase (if you feel the need to use it at all).

Hello Gab! I love watching your Stardew series! But please don’t keep your fish and the gold star cheese in the fridge! XD When you “cook” priority-wise, it just grabs the ingredients from the back to the front (or from your inventory) So you can end up turning a 250g fish into a 75g plate of sashimi. Also if you use the gold star cheese to cook, you might end up with a dish that actually gives you similar or less health and energy then the gold star cheese by itself. So it’s best to just keep the no star cow cheese in there. XD If you ever get goats, just sell or gift all goat cheese (Robin & Leah love). Goat cheese gives the same health and energy as cow cheese but is worth almost twice the money of the cow cheese. When cooking, it’s best to use the lowest quality ingredients (no star or silver star) since the star quality does not affect the result of cooking and many recipes you actually lose money on the ingredients if you sell the cooked dish. If it’s for a gift you won’t care about the $, but if it’s for personal use to replenish health and energy best to keep costs down. Hope that helped!

Put a chest near your Silo, when your Silo full and you still have plenty of grass to cut, grab hay from the food box and put it in the chest, so that you could cut more grass.

If you need to figure out where to put paths/fences/buildings, there is an online Stardew Valley farm planner. It lets you place buildings, where crops go, etc. I have used it to make a layout, then I keep the images up to see where I place new buildings when I get them. Moving buldings is also free, just talk to Robin about building new farm buildings and there is an option on the bottom right.

Hey Gab! At first i dont really like your playthroughs cause it feels too relaxing and i always end up asleep on my table. But im starting to like your playthroughs. Turns out some good ol coffee is the right solution. Also, heres a little tip i got from someone. Not only you can get stuff from tilling the ground, but you can get some artifacts in the mines too! If you upgrade the Hoe you can hold it like the watering can too! More upgrades means more coverage!

I'm not sure if you've gotten this tip yet, but the upgraded hoe works the same way that the watering can does. If you hold down the mouse button, it will extend the area that gets dug up.

I had to look it up myself, but the crocus sativus produces saffron. 😊 I couldn't find any culinary entries/recipes for crocus in general but for the most part crocus is hailed as edible...with one exception. Autumn crocus can be highly toxic.

You should plant the trees in greenhouse ^__^ You can plant them near the edges of the room, in the corners, near the water bowl, like where you put the pot, etc. :) - google it and you'll get what I'm sayin, you can get the Fruit Tree Placement map too ♥ You can also put the kegs and other stuff in there.

Get your seed maker built if you have access buy rare seeds from cart vendor in forest and plant those in greenhouse as well. coffee is a good crop for all year in green house as well. upgrade pickaxe to get that meteorite and you'll be able to build one iridium sprinkler so far.

The shed is really not worth it unless you go for just aestethics. It has absolutely no other use than being there as an extra building you can put stuff into. From usefulness point you are better off having your stuff outside
