I was just being reminded of MYST but I couldn't recall the name. I remember playing that game but it was ..what? Twenty years ago? (I just googled it. Thirty years ago. I feel so old!) Still images made sense back then but today why can't we experience this in 3D?

@@ZachsMind I still play the MYST series semi frequently. It's one of my absolute favorite set of games. Riven was the first in that series I played forever ago, and then I realized it was a sequel an just had to play the first one and them all the others haha CYAN did a full 3D remake of the original MYST just this past year and are planning on doing Riven as well!

The stars on the directional map were only at the end of the up and down arrows. Because the levers for the draw Bridge could only go up and down the stars would only appear at the end of up or down steps.

I've only just discovered Gab's channel (and what a delight it's been with years of Nancy Drew, HOG's and other fun series to watch) but does anyone know if she has played any of the Five-BN games? I love the Lost Lands series and don't mind the New York Mysteries games too so would love to see her reaction to them. It's such a rare thing to have an actual continuous storyline in a HOG game so I love seeing Susan's story continue and how her and her life changes from game to game.

Aaaa I love these kinda game! Shot in the dark but I wanted to recommend a game to you called Cuisineer, it's basically a restaurant sim from the creators of farming sim games, but with a dungeon crawler aspect. You play as an adorable cat girl. It hasn't gotten a ton of attention since it released but it's very fun and made by the folks who made oldschool harvest moon / current story of seasons

Glad to see you play this, Gab! I played this Prologue after I watched you play Chapter 1. I got super stuck on the flag/arrows/levers puzzle, too. They did not intuitively go together at all. I had to look up a guide on Steam, and the only one available was in Russian, so I had to make do with Google Translate lol
